Please add all New York City School Zone Camera Units to the WAZE maps for the purpose of reducing violations there are over 2,000 in numbr
Please take note by this suggestion that I have incurred many School Zone Speeding tickets since the DeBlasio administration installed over 2,000 camera units throughout New York City, if WAZE provided functionality by visual icon, sound alert or any means informing drivers of the many School Zone Speed Cameras requesting drivers to reduce their speed to 25 mph then this would give rise to a great service and would remediate many violations as well perhaps save incidents of pedestrian accidents. Thank you WAZE.

Los botones de respuesta en Andoid Auto tendrían que estar en horizontal y no en vertical, que es muy fácil contestar mal por error ya que conduciendo es difícil poner bien los dedos arriba o abajo por lo que es peligrosidad. Es más fácil izquierda o derecha

Speed / red light camera alerts are announced too early on local steeets currently.
Most of the time, the alert is announced over 750m away. And on local streets, it is very likely that there there would be multiple other intersections before reaching it. So by the time the actual camera location is reached, the alert is already forgotten.
Please make it so that the camera alerts are announced closer to the actual camera while on city streets (around 200 - 250m). Or add a second alert when "approaching speed / red light camera", in addition to the current one…1 vote -

1) Je pense qu'il serait utile de permettre de rentrer les coordonnées géographiques (longitude et latitude) de la destination.
2) Pouvoir sélectionner un lieu sur la carte, en cliquant dessus, permettrait de choisir une destination que l'on connaît mais sans en avoir l'adresse.
3) il serait utile de pouvoir enregistrer sa position actuelle directement dans Waze (sans devoir se l'envoyer par message) pour pouvoir

Let to use keyboard (as passanger) on Android Auto
As a user, I would like to have with Android Auto the same option as with Apple CarPlay to use the keyboard as a passenger.
Currently, while I'm driving with family f.e. on a highway in my country it's illegal to stop on the side of the road. So I'm not able to enter the destination address while in motion. My wife as a passenger has to plug out my phone from USB and enter it manually and plug it in again. It's just plain stupid. It's not even a security option if I have to use my phone to…

Displaying the distance of right or left turns with a progress bar instead of a number of kilometers
I'd like to suggest an improvement to Waze's turn-by-turn navigation. Similar to the progress bar shown in traffic jams, it would be helpful to have a progress bar for turns, indicating the distance remaining until the turn and the user's current location. This would provide a more visual and intuitive way to understand the proximity to the turn.

Waze no telemóvel e Android auto ao mesmo tempo.
Por que não consigo usar o Waze no meu telemóvel e na tela do android auto ao mesmo tempo.?
Por exemplo do Google Maps, eu uso ele no ecrã do carro e também consigo abrir no telemóvel para digitar endereço e consultar rotas.

Unassisted Left Turn / Unassisted Crossings
Please add an option to avoid unassisted left turns in North America. Difficult intersections helps, but doesn't help someone with limited confidence in making left turns whether it be from disability (limited range of motion), experience, etc. Many routes have slight deviations to make turns safer. This same logic may also apply to crossing a busy highway without a light. In these cases, it may make sense to make a right, then a left, and another right - if possible.

Reduced Speed Limit
New feature of showing speed limit is almost useless in the United Kingdom because it only shows:
- Where speed changes from 70 to 40, 30 or 20
- Where speed changes from 60 to 30 or 20
- Where speed changes from 50 to 20.UK Goverment Guidance of 2024 gives instructions on transitional limits, where a short length of 40mph or 50mph is used between a national limit and another length on which a lower limit is in force, with 600m or more if possible (with allowances for 400m and 300m in some critera)

Serait-il possible d'ajouter une option d'affichage de type diminution de la luminosité, écran de veille, comme ça existe déjà en mode économie de batterie. Mais de façon permanente. De manière à éviter que l'écran ne se dégrade avec des images qui restent fixe et longtemps.. Aînsi l'écran s'allume seulement à chaque nouvelle înstruction. Olá Waze, tendo em atenção a segurança rodoviária, e como exemplo as lombas de calmia de trânsito na via pública, pelas dimensões das mesmas e que muitas vezes não visiveis pelos condutores ou estão mal identificadas, proponho a ideia de uma opção para poder-se identificar os locais das lombas que podem representar mais perigo para os condutores, tal como pode-se identificar os perigos, como boraco na estrada ou passagem de nível, visto que são obstáculos permanentes.
