Traffic cameras combined with Waze live map for visual context
Traffic cameras provide visual context for the roadway environment. Humans are visual and like to have visual confirmation. "A picture is worth a 1000 words". Favorite cameras can be included to provide information along a regularly traveled route. This will provide the Wazer with the opportunity to view conditions prior to committing to a route. Traffic cameras can be displayed along alternate routes.Traffic cameras can be enabled when a Wazer is stationary to avoid driver distraction.

Hulpdiensten
Het zou fijn zijn dat wanneer er prioriteit hulpdiensten in de buurt zijn ( naderen ) dat er een signaal afgegeven wordt of dat je dit kunt doorgeven door op een melding te klikken zodat mensen aan de kant kunnen gaan. Zeker in de spits is dit handig. Mensen hebben vaak muziek aan of zien de hulpdiensten niet op tijd waardoor ze toch vaart moeten minderen. Erg prettig wanneer je kunt zien dat ze op bijvoorbeeld 200 meter van je vandaan zijn en je wellicht naderen zodat je je kunt voorbereiden op ruimte maken. Flitsmeister heeft deze optie al een…

Broken sprinkler
In hopes of working together to conserve our natural resources, could you add a report ability for when anyone sees a broken sprinkler head or fire hydrant issue. These sources cause a lot of water and energy to be wasted.
It would be amazing, if an alert could go to local water authorities/utilities if enough people verify they saw it as well. Together we can tackle these issues fluidly! <3

SIMBOLO DE VOZ
En la navegacion via android auto, google maps tiene un icono que te permite saber en cada momento si la voz esta en silencio, activada o solo alertas.
Es muy util y en waze tienes que, mientras conduces, desplegar el menu para averiguarlo.

Enforcement trailer
Germany and parts of Europe experience a whole new kind of speed cameras since a year or so, the so-called "enforcement trailers".
Since two months these are used on the german Autobahn on a regular basis.
The trailers are moved from place to place and stay there for up to two weeks. The places are used recurrent, e.g. there are 40 places in North Rhine Westfalia and 10 trailers, every place get's a trailer once in a while.Marking them as mobile speed camera is useless, since they always disappear because of the low waze usage in germany.

Ads too small to see while driving
Whenever I stop, an ad pops up on Waze. Of course I don’t want ads, but if you are going to do them make them much simpler and larger so the driver can read them. They are crowded with content and tiny which make them useless.

Improve the program
Avoid the possibility to type an not existing address and waze even though waze anounced "go" !!!! It happened to me and brought me to a wrong address.... During the drive I was sure I will reach the right address

Saint street OK waze TTS
When I use OK Waze, it always pulls the google result which uses St (no period) which Waze pronounces as STREET and not SAINT. The Waze result is correctly spelled as St. Augustine. Can OK Waze pick the Waze result first before the google result or have an option to which one the user prefers?
OR
Make Waze TTS read context clues so it knows which one is street and which is saint. For example if the Google result has a city field you can tell Waze that Google results don't use periods and that the city field is probably…4 votes -
Who is the JERK that took away the Prevent auto-lock option???
I just switched phones (Note 3 to a Note 9). Incoming calls now take over Waze screen, which may or may not come back after call. WTF??? Why has the Prevent auto-lock functionality been removed???

camera overlay

Overlay display information
Need display overlay add-in where information signaled. e.g. nearest gas stations within certain radius, next parking lot .This information overlay is permanetly enabled (if feature enabled) so you are informaed on upcomming gas stations, parling lots etc... not display within map so you can predict in more deistance before encountering it
