Emoji Needed For Man Peeing on Roadside
You need an appropriate emoji for a stopped car with a guy peeing on the side of the highway or road since the guy gets out of his car to do his business & then gets back in. This is dangerous since the guys usually open their car door right into traffic!!

Simplify ability to mark roads as closed
There is a road closure near me which is not currently shown on Waze and Waze therefore keeps trying to route through this closure. I know it is there so why am I not able to simply mark a road as closed anywhere (ie not just when I am on a route)? Otherwise people will keep being routed towards a closure and the last thing they are thinking of when they are having to turn around and go a different way is to inform Waze about the closure. Seems such a simple fix and if you are worried about it…

Better head-up-display directions at roundabout
The head-up-display shows directions through waze in my VW ID.7. At roundabouts it shows an arrow, instead of (part of) a roundabout with which exit to take.

Put back voice notification of alerts/reports instead of "ding then read"
Put Back the Voice Notification to issues/reports/etc While Driving. The current "loud ding and then read the screen" is a safety hazard. It requires the driver to take vision away from the road and read their phone. This also conflicts with state laws that prohibit use of devices that distract driver attention away from the road. WAZE was wonderful with voice notification/explanation. Our safety needs you to put back this function. Frankly, I can't use Waze until it is back.

Route time and distance colors
Id like to have the time and distance displayed change color based on the upcoming reported traffic on your route. i.e. red if heavy traffic, orange if moderate, or green if normal flow.

interface
Please make (at least optional) interface cleaner and tidy, like Google maps, or other regular navigation app. Waze is great app, but this toddler book like interface is really annoying

Put Common Alerts on One Screen for 1 Button Alerts
it takes too long to send an alert. Put the most used alerts on one screen so that we can press one button quickly. Today, it takes at least 3 buttons to send an alert. It takes one's attention and focus on the screen which means you don't have your attention on the road. Not only would this be safer, youi might end up with more alerts being sent because it easier and quicker to inform other Wazers. If you really want to take this idea further, you could allow the user to customize the alerts screens for the alerts…

Please restore report button (big orange triangle) position back to down-right corner. New position is extremely not intuitive, hard to use while in motion and cover part of the map. Moving button there was not good idea at all.

Zoom
Whenever I click the find alternative routes button. It constantly zooms me out every single time. This is so annoying I have to constantly click the plus button. Every time that I want to check if there’s a different route thats quicker.

Add favorites to a route
When I go on long trips, I enjoy stopping at rest areas, but I have no clue where they are or when they'll appear. I've ended up at a sketchy gas station, only to discover a rest area just 2 miles ahead. I also like pulling over at specific restaurant chains, but again, I don't know their locations. It would be awesome to add favorites to a route so the app tracks the distance to the nearest Chick-fil-A or Buc-ee's, then resets after you pass it to show the next one. This feature would be a game-changer.
