Auto resend reporting when failure of transmission
Often when I send a report and there is a failure, I have to repeat the operation. This could be automatically resend and transparant to the user.

The possibility to scan/photograph an address.
It would be great to search an address by photographing/scanning an address from the search box. For example, if you have a business card, or a flyer and you want to navigate to the address on the card/flyer.
Open Waze client > go to Search > Hit the search bar and have the option to scan/photograph an address.
Having the local settings, one should be able to determine the format the address is printed in. And having a solution like OCR be able to use that as input for the Waze search bar.Kind regards,

Alerting
I was driving in Chicago today and Ashland Ave is closed over the bridge. Since I was driving by myself I couldn't report on the go as I don't use my phone while driving. I was hoping that there is a way to still report that is is closed to warn people not to get off of 55 and head west on Ashland Ave.

טעות בשם רחוב באבן יהודה.
.הרחוב המוביל לרחוב סהרון באבן יהודה נקרא רחוב נחל פולג (בתים 1,3,5 בלבד) ולא רחוב עופרית
השם השתנה לפני מספר חודשים. תשומת הלב שקיים רחוב עופרית וכן סמטת עופרית סמוך לרחוב זויתן שלא שינו את שמם (כך שנדרש לשנות רק את זה שמוביל לרחוב סהרון)

Korea
Not really an idea as much as information, but in the country menu, the option is only available for 'Korea, Democratic People's Republic', which is North Korea. I assumed this was an error and was right - the maps do load South Korea. It should be 'Korea, Republic of'.

This is a dangerous rubbish!
At the first try warning 3 times for nothing - for example a parking truck on a sideroad was an "issue" - and estimated heavy traffic on the way. Luckily I follow google app and there was practically nothing on the road! Idiot crap application so far! Advise for developing? Give up and close this app, here no more misleadings and unnecessary warning stress - and go to learn how a proper navigation app must have to operate. Fix bugs
- Does not send ETA (twice sent EAT to my wife, she never received it).
- Freezes when trying to take picture of the destination place.

Ideas for improving the application
Good Morning,
1 return the notice to opposing tracks as it is very useful to help prevent accidents
2 include button to inform of the track speed (most informed contain errors)
3 warning when the speed exceeded and (now have to use the Radar Map in conjunction with Waze or GPS)
4 record offline radar accidents and events for our mobile signal is very flawed and often not receive important notices.
5 bug fix when we long time no internet signal Waze does not recognize the signal return which sometimes only makes an application reset

Ideas para melhoria do aplicativo
bom dia,
1 retornem o aviso para pistas opostas pois é muito útil ajuda a evitar acidentes
2 incluir botão para informe de velocidade da via(a maioria das informadas contem erros)
3 aviso de quando a velocidade e excedida( hoje tenho que usar o Mapa Radar em conjunto com o Waze ou o gps)
4 registro off line de radares acidentes e eventos pois nosso sinal de celular é muito falho e muitas vezes não recebemos avisos importantes.
5 correção de bug quando ficamos muito tempo sem sinal de internet o Waze não reconhece o retorno do sinal o que…4 votes -

waze school, es una herramienta para que padres y los conductores de las rutas escolares esten todo el tiempo conectados. Waze Scholl tendra la capacidad de:
1.Realizar una ruta en donde se pueda identificar los lugares de recogida de los alumnos.
2.Informar el tiempo aproximado de llegada tanto al conductor del vehiculo como a los padres.
3. Permitir que los padres vean en tiempo real donde se encuentra el bus escolar y la velocidad en la que conduce.

Ni siquiera se ve el nombre de la calle que uno va a cruzar, creo yo que como Waze lo compro Google, y como WAZE ERA muy superior al GPS de Google esa es la única razón lógica que veo de porque ahora es así y aunque no creo que cambiará x mi e mail ya que ustedes sabrán eso, sentí igualmente…

Toutefois je voulais vous faire part d'une mésaventure qui m'est arrivé
Je travaille pour le service des routes et lors d'une intervention d'urgence je me suis rendu sur une route départementale pour assister mes collègues sur 1 accident
Malheureusement ne connaissant pas l'endroit exact (le site se trouvait en pleine foret) je suis arrivé très tard sur le lieu de l'accident
Ma question est la suivante

Police camera ≠ police report
In some countries, it is not allowed to drive with an app giving the exact locations of police cameras (automatic speed control), waze intelligently gives the area where the police cameras are (very useful alert and the utilization of waze is allowed).
But to fight the concept of the "area" most of drivers post a police location each time they pass beside a police camera (I have observed it, a police camera in Paris France is reported every 15 min, sometime several times).
Consequence : waze gives the exact location of each police cameras everyday, every time.
