Speedometer disappears on Android alAuto
Speedometer and speed limit disappears randomly on Android Auto.
Sometimes the problem can be solved by stopping, and changing zoom level by buttons that appear in place of the speedometer. This is not a GPS issue, as navigation works fine at the same time.
Seems to be triggered by Android Auto started after Waze, or Android Auto restarted when Waze is running (head unit restarts when I start the engine). But I'm not 100% sure.

Side of the street marker clearly show where just like car on side of the road or police
It would be great if the destination marke clearly showed what side of the road the destination is on just as the other icons that user posted hazards have - don’t use voice often and having to turn it on when close to destination seems like a useless step

Give easy onscreen option to change from motorbike to car and back
It is quite cumbersome to change between the motorbike & car icons. An option to touch and hold the icon and select between 2 that I can preset, would be very helpful. It becomes too much of a hassle to change and then I get less than helpful information. This would be a very useful feature. Thank you.

Roadblockage button in Android Auto missing in screen
If the orange button is hit in Android Auto the road-blockage feature is missing whilst the most essential. This should be added again.

prioritize environmentally friendly route proposals (with user-value)
nowadays, it is no longer appropriate to always display the fastest route as the default.
just today waze wanted to send me from a 25.2 km route to a 49.9 km route because it was 5 minutes faster. I think 14% time savings for a 58% longer and thus a more material- and environment-harming route, not appropriate!
in addition, vehicles consume less fuel when they drive slower (39 vs 70 km/h average in my example)There should be a user-value in the options with defines the accepted time-distance-tradeoff. In my case a value of about 3 km/min would be accepted:…

Restricted areas feature
Give people the ability to label areas within waze as "not safe" so waze can route loved ones around high crime areas. This would not be a crowd sourced data point but a parent could label parts of town (think...draw a polygon around an area) as restricted or unsafe. This would keep vulnerable children out of high crime areas or areas with known offenders.

Mute specific notifications at specific locations
I want to know about cars on shoulder, hazards on road etc but I want to be be able to mute specific alerts by location : I know there is a speed camera and pot holes on my normal route and want to mute those but not mute all other items for same items on the rest of my drive. Shouldn’t be an all or nothing alert system. Need a MUTE THIS NOTIFICATION FOR THIS LOCATION ONLY option.

Too many tap to start navigation. Add a widget for vocal search of address.
1 click to open widget, tell address.
2 click to confirm destination (if more than one) 3 navigate.
No annoying confirmation.

Bomberos ambulancias policías
Ambulancias bomberos y policías al iniciar una ruta de emergencia, les avise a todos los conductores que están en esta misma un mensaje de emergencia que la ambulancia o bombero policía pasarán por ahí en un tiempo pre visto y que se preparen para dejar el paso libre
Y al resto otro mensaje que no se interpongan a esta misma ruta, asi se podrían salvar vidas de las personas que corren con poco tiempo de rescate y personas que no se atraviesen en una persecución policial4 votes -

apple car play ajouter routes fermées
Bonjour, dans le apple car play, on ne sait pas signaler les routes fermées, embêtant quand on tombe sur une en conduisant, on ne sait partager avec les autres, cela leurs ferait gagner du temps!

Provide an audio option to warn of approaching speed cameras when below the speed limit.
There are motorways in the UK with variable speed limits. Speed limit can change from the default of 70 mph down to 40 mph
It would therefore be very useful have an audio warning when approaching a speed camera. This option is available on Tomtom

Uruguay - Montevideo - Alertas de zonas de alto riesgo
En Uruguay, pero sobre todo en Montevideo, es necesario que esta aplicación alerte cuando el trayecto sugerido incluye zonas peligrosas o incuso cuando uno sin haber seleccionado un trayecto esta ingresando en una zona peligrosa. Creo que en Montevideo estas zonas estan bien definidas, e incluso en coordinación con la Intendencia Municipal sería viable implementar esta actualización.

When WAZE reports debris in the road it should say left, right, or center. I had a bumper in the center lane of the interstate and missed it
Want WAZE to say where debris is located in the road. Right lane center or left. Then we would know to change lanes. Almost hit a bumper twice in the center lane at dusk would have been a major accident but thanks to WAZE I got past it. But a heads up for the lane would help. I was doing 75 on the interstate at the time

Saved places list on the left
There's a lot of free space on the left which can be used for a scrollable list of our history of destinations. This would be very practical, as for now we have to go through the menu or search the destination we want to go...

trip times with stops
It seems that some thing has been removed from your features. Until today, I have been able to enter a destination and then add a stop and be able to see what time I will arrive at both my intermediate stop as well as my final destination. It seems that the only information available to me now is the intermediate stop arrival time. This is not as helpful because I need to be able to get to my final destination by a certain time, and therefore plan my departure for both destinations based on that. Train locations in cities with grade crossings should be tracked and reportable as they make a route longer and not ideal.
Train positions of trains and rapid transit at grade crossings should be available in route calculation as they change an ideal route into a not ideal route, and user reports for train locations should be available.
