Make auto-complete on address search usable
When i start to type my destination you automatically present suggestions. The problem is that once I select one of the suggestions the search ends and i cannot add the precise street address (house number).
Why not add an option to drop the suggestion into the edit box and continue typing (just like google search allows you to continue editing)

speed improving
Hello!
We use the product https://www.waze.com and we like it, but noticed,
the site slows down due to maps and scripts. (link and skrin are added). There are large libraries that greatly slow down page loading (https://embed.waze.com/livemap/assets/vendor-f90e3789d81b39390076.js) Tell me, please, are you planning to improve the project in terms of download speed?

Driver Avatars/Icons
Gamification in apps like this can incentivize consumers to increase usage of your app. More frequent users ultimately increases your revenue from advertising and other potential sources. My idea is that you should incorporate a point/coin system that rewards users for driving miles using Waze. These points can then be used to buy avatars and icons in place of the boring arrow that represents the driver. The more points you save up, the cooler avatars you can buy. Offset turn instruction
Oftentimes at standard, perpendicular intersections, streets dead-end on one side and pick up again on the other side, offset by just a few dozen feet. For simplicity's sake and for routing, we map a lot of these as plain four-way intersections (like an italicized + sign, you could say).
But this can be confusing for drivers, who arrive at the intersection with no special instruction and yet are forced to almost fully turn right or left. The simple four-way mapping style is appropriate when the offset would still allow a car's width to pass through without turning, but when there…

Adding a vignette for specific country is very confusing. I see only shortcut of country name. I couldn't find vignette for Croatia. Please add option to select vignettes by country names (with flags maybe) or on the map.

Whenever I try to take a photo for a place in Waze, the app crashes, meaning I can never make these.

Estaria bueno que se pueda hacer un grupo de amigos. - En donde cada grupo se unan por invitacion -
Y los participantes puedan ver a todos los integrantes de ese grupo por donde estan en el mapa y al hacer clik en el icono ver a donde se dirigen.
Esto puede ser muy util entre los conductores de apps como uber, didi, beat y cabify.

Allow the users to select the navigation way of look
The way the app displays the navigation route is not particularly convenient for me, especially in the part where there is the direction arrowes, which on wide roads shows all the lanes on the monitor which could be cofusing for some people , if the users will have the option to choose which way of the navigation way of look suits them (as you can select the voice in the app), they will make less directional mistakes.

Ability to disable features
Give users ability to disable/opt-out of CarPool. I drive for work, and cannot have passengers, but frequently have navigation blocked by the "Carpool" screen when adjusting my phone in the holder / accidental contact with right side of screen.

"User state" option: Invite the user to each opening of the application, to choose the way in which it is going to be mobilized (always open in default with the last state)
In this way, Waze will be able to immediately segregate user data when it does not correspond to, for example, driving a car.

Favorites Folders
Having many favorites makes it difficult to navigate among them. Additionally, they are all in the same list, despite addresses being unrelated (ex: friend's home, work/client's business, restaurant,...).
Having the possibility to create folders with customizable names in the Favorites list would greatly reduce the time and effort to find a specific favorite place.
