Dead animal option in hazards
There have been several times where dead animals have been described as "objects". For example, today I saw someone's dog who had died on the road was described as an "object". As someone who is very upsetted by dead animals, I would like there to be an option for "dead animal" so I know not to look. I know there used to be an option for it, but now it seems to be gone.

Make the speed limit and speed bigger
The speed limit and current speed are so small on the screen you can’t really see it when glancing - needs to be a similar size as the one on Google maps abs Apple Maps and make it so it’s easily readable

Multi-Stop Route Planning
Overview:
Waze currently allows users to set a single destination at a time, requiring them to manually input a new route after reaching their first stop. This can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially for users who need to make multiple stops in one trip.
Proposed Feature:
Enable users to set a route with multiple destinations in advance. Instead of navigating only from Point A to Point B, users will be able to plan a route such as:
A → B → C → D
Waze will automatically guide them from one stop to the next without requiring manual input between…12 votes -

RV/Truck routing
Any possibility in the future to be able to choose RV or Tractor Trailer as your vehicle then trigger truck routes that would send you around low clearances or sharp turns, step grades etc.?

From WME chance to see previous Street View footage
Currently, only the latest Street View shot can be seen from WME.
It would be interesting to add a button that allows you to switch to previous Street View shots (a bit like you can do on Google Maps).
In this case, it would be very useful to see how a street changes, or, for example, if a building is covered by a construction site, it would be possible to go back to previous shots to be able to see the house numbers covered by the construction site.8 votes -
Push the start date limit for road closures an extra month in the future
Right now, map editors can place road closures at most one year in advance. When an event ends, they often announce next year's date. It would be handy if we could add those closures at that point, even if the event will take place like a weekend later next year. Now, we often have to set a reminder to add these next week or so. Therefore, I'd like to propose this limit gets pushed one extra month in the future, making the limit 12+1 months. It might be best to adjust this limit for some other related things, such as…

Enable Speech-to-Text for Map Update Requests While Driving (via Android Auto and CarPlay)
I would like to suggest an improvement to Waze that would allow users to fill out map update requests (URs) using speech-to-text while driving, particularly when connected through Android Auto or CarPlay.
Currently, when users select a map update option (such as "Incorrect address," "Missing road," or "Speed limit") while driving, there is no way to add a description of the issue. This limits the ability to provide detailed reports and often results in incomplete information being submitted. With speech-to-text functionality, users could quickly and safely dictate descriptions of the problem without having to stop or manually type anything.

PLEASE bring back animals on shoulder and roadkill
For the love of traffic safety, PLEASE bring back reporting of "Animal on shoulder" and roadkill.
I live in the northeastern U.S. and deer are a CONSTANT factor in traffic. This can be said for almost any area of the country for various species of animals and it's such a HUGE help to know if there are animals grazing near the road or possibly on the road, especially at night. Approximately 1 to 2 million collisions with large animals occur annually in the U.S. so I just can't understand why this feature was removed from the app. The roadkill part…

Voice warnings about several hazards on the road
Waze has been warning about the next turn during a trip for a long time and this is great. However, there are not only maneuvers on the roads but also different hazards. For example: there is a speed control camera ahead, and an accident happened 50 meters before it. Waze will only warn about one event. This is bad. I suggest voicing such events in order, like turns "Accident ahead, then camera." and other events similarly.

Remove 'Reported map issue' from UR description
This auto generated "Reported map issue" text in the description field isn't adding much value.
In fact that field is supposed to be extra info from the user..

Request to Enable Waze HUD Feature for Apple CarPlay in Hyundai Vehicles
Hi Waze Support,
I just wanted to say that the new update allowing Waze to show up on some vehicles’ HUD is absolutely amazing—thank you for continuing to innovate and improve the driving experience!
That said, I wanted to kindly ask if you could consider updating Waze to support this feature with Apple iPhones using CarPlay in Hyundai vehicles. Currently, it works great with Waze on Android Auto in Hyundais, but unfortunately not with Apple CarPlay yet.
There’s a huge community of Hyundai owners who are big fans of both Waze and Apple CarPlay, and we’ve been patiently waiting for…

Evacuation zones
I know these currently exist via Champs/Coordinators, this is a suggestion on how these work.
We in NC have had a big issue with DOT not knowing every closed road and considered almost half the state as closed. NC leadership worked with champs and coordinators to get an evacuation zone set up. However, we noticed that routing through this zone was still enabled. Based on this here is 2 suggestions we came up with.
1 - Route Around - This suggestion is to restrict travel from outside the zone to outside the zone through the zone completely. This is the…

INCLUDE KAMIKAZE´S ALERT IN WAZE
LIVES COULD BE SAVED BY INCLUDING A QUICK ACCESS KAMIKAZE (vehicle driving in the wrong direction) ALERT ON WAZE. KAMIKAZES IS ONE, IF NOT THE DEADLIEST DANGERS THAT YOU CAN ENCOUNTER ON A ROAD AND WAZE DO NOT HAVE THIS ALERT. I THINK IT SHOULD INCLUDE IT ASAP
