Prolonged route
Sometimes kids fall asleep in the car and parents would prefer prolonging the drive for some extra zzz's
It would be a cool to have a feature so waze adds some extra miles to your trip - maybe even taking into consideration roads with fewer stop signs and red lights.Thanks,

Enhancement request: Fresh or Stale route
t would be great if there was a way to know how fresh or stale the data is on your route relative to number of Waze users who have driven it.
Sometimes you wonder if there is another waze user even on the route you are driving, so you know reports would be non-existent.
Maybe an indicator to show:
Red: no users driven this road in last XX minutes.
Yellow: XX users drove this road in last XX minutes
Green: Waze users taking over the earth by using this route!I realize it would another layer of complexity to your…

Enhancement Request: Change in way to acknowledge "Still there" "Not there" on app
Using Carplay, the message pops up with header followed by your 2 choices.
If you could make it so the message is in the middle, choice 1 on top, and choice 2 on bottom, it would be alot easier to correctly select your choice while driving on a touch screen display.
I love the app, and figured I'd submit this to try to make it even better!

Brommobiel
Ik ken veel mensen die met een brommobiel rijden. Een auto zonder rijbewijs. Die mogen maar 45km/u rijden. Als ze ergens naartoe willen kunnen ze enkel kiezen voor “vermijdt snelwegen” maar een baan waar ze 90 of 100( nederland) mogen is dus niet handig en ook gevaarlijk. Mocht er nu een optie zijn waar je de max snelheid of het voertuig “brommobiel” , met bijhorende parameters, **** kiezen. Dan zouden deze mensen ook heel goed geholpen zijn.

Automatic switch metric/imperial units
Have measurement units change automatically when crossing into a country with a different system. Perhaps include an auditory and visual alert as well.

Oxygen Restricted Roads
A lot of drivers are now helping seniors and those with respiratory problems/disabilities that have oxygen tanks which are prohibited in tunnels that run from NJ/NY and possibly in other areas. There’s also some restrictions on bridges. Can you please come up with a Navigation button to “Avoid Oxygen Tank Restricted Roads”?

You need a one button to submit hazards.
It now it takes four touches to report a car on the side of the road. It should be simpler.

Search A Song option on main screen
I listen to a lot of music while I drive - it would be great if it was easy to hit one button on main Waze screen to run a Google ‘Search A Song’ query and a playlist created somewhere

Your new app is BAD. THE “plan a drive” is buried, there still isn’t an easy way to add a stop. I’ve quit using Waze as my regular map.
Make the app ACCURATE, and easy to use, plan a drive, change starting location, correct lanes to be in.- NO, I can’t “ stay in the HOV lane” , and exit the freeway at the same time!
I can’t be in the leftmost turn lane, and exit right to the freeway!
I’d like it to be easy to use-change start location, add a stop, maybe even help me route a drive- which stop in which order ( start and stop location, with 2-3 stops on the way)1 vote -

Waze should have Patch Notes for every update. Let Users know what has changed with each new version (dropped support, improved support etc)
Patch Notes, like those implemented in every online game in the past two decades, would drastically reduce User issue-reporting (with the app) due to misunderstanding of which Waze features are supported, which are not, which features have lost support and where etc.
Just every time the User updates the app, upon next sign-in, just flash a dialogue box with the latest patch notes (perhaps a link).
As an aside: the Help Center could be more clear and specific about how certain features (e.g., speed camera alerts) work. The exact parameters for getting audible speed camera alerts are not known and…

Add bus lanes and gates in waze in UK
I would love to add bus lanes in waze so new drivers and visitors from other cities will be saved from bus lanes fines. Specially in night times boards are unreadable. It's humble request please add this feature.

Route Calculation - Max Speed Limit & Time Calculation
Allow the user to select either current speed or current speed, not to exceed posted speed limit when calculating the time to drive a given route. I have driven 5 to 10 MPH over the posted limit just as a test, which matched the Waze time. However, when I just drive the posted limit, the time if always off by at least 5 to 10 minutes.

Modify Waze CarPlay
Waze in CarPlay does not correctly visualize the routes to choose them, it does not correctly show the distance, nor does it show the costs of tolls or highways, that information should be available on the CarPlay screen, since according to current laws you cannot take your cell phone while driving.

I’m using Waze on apple car play and it doesn’t seem like the miles that I am driving is added to the points. I drove to lake of the ozarks

toll prices in live map
On the web based live map, be able to see toll prices if the route provided has toll (and the toll pricing information is available already through the app)
