UR - add screenshot option
On a daily basis, users report some map issues (lacking precision) that we could not verify just by the UpdateRequest data in WME, or they just do not remember/know the names of the streets/landmarks to help us find and solve the issue. Most of the times, we, the editors, need to search a lot for things that could be indicated inside of Waze, without using third parties for posting photos and screenshots like imgur.com, Facebook, or our personal contact pages/phone numbers/emails.
A button for adding a screenshot could be useful somewhere in the message notification screen.

Please fix default feature for Galaxy 21S 5G phones
The new Android Galaxy S21 does not allow your waze navigation app to be set as the default app rather than Google maps. the reason being is the tab to click on "set as default is grayed out. Therefore the tab does not work and can't set waze as the default app. I contacted T-mobil phone provider, contacted Samsung and both are telling me that the problem is the other persons issue to solve. Then Samsung told me to wait until until an update for the phone is available. My concern is that the update will not fix the problem…

Napolean Dynamite Voice. I have a friend named Mark and he comes into the bar where I work in Long Island , Floral Park NY. He sounds just like Napolean Dynamite from the movie. Apple CarPlay
In Apple CarPlay could you show 2-3 step by step instructions instead of just one? It’s helpful to know what move to make next after a turn or exit. Especially if it’s a quick turn in 25 feet or we need to move into another lane.

Option to save at least 2 user settings/profiles
I would want to see an option to save at least 2 user settings. I switch back and forth between a car and a motorcycle.
I prefer the back roads and avoid toll roads when I am on the bike. And of course, the opposite when I am in a car.
It's such a hassle having to change the settings each and every time.

Waze CarPlay glitch
When navigating in the background on Waze via Apple CarPlay, and trying to change music on Spotify in CarPlay, if I approach a turn, Waze starts popping up prompting me to return to Waze and see the map. However, when it's a simple instruction like "turn right ahead," I will try to minimize the navigation without viewing the map so I can continue selecting music. COVID-19 Outbreak Tracking
Provide daily COVID-19 Outbreak Tracking. Your app should display red shaded bubbles over areas with outbreaks, with the bubble size proportional to the outbreak size. For example right now on March 19, 2020, there would be a large shaded red bubble over New York City. This would correspond to the current outbreak in New York city, and advise motorist to avoid this area as a stopover or even as a drive-through. This could help motorists avoid contamination and/or travel delays in the future if there are “containment “ areas. (You could get the data feed from John’s Hopkins or others)

Place of origin and departure time in planned drive
Hi waze! I always use your planned drive. The problem is, after I make a planned drive, I can't see the place of origin and departure time in planned drives' list. Only destination and arrival time are shown in the list. We're having hard time putting it in our record.
