loose the top and bottum bar and option button when driving
when you are driving, loose the top an bottum bar and the option button. top bar will return if you have to do something (a turn within 5 km or something like that) and the bottum bar and option button will return if you tab the screen.

Alpha, neumeric keys.
When entering the address, conducting a Search, the numerical panel should be visible and functional. Going back and forth is not efficient.

Filled shapes (like parking lot, landmarks, etc.): snap active point to original start point.
When editing a parking lot, or other "filled" shape, it would be nice to snap the active point with the original start point, as it would work in programs like Illustrator, Flash, Photoshop, etc.

Number of issues
We took a road trip from Columbus OH to Sarasota Fla. We used both a Samsung Galaxy/Android and an iPhone7. On both phones, the apps would crash if we put the entire route in. We had to pick an arbitrary mid point. It also crashed if we stopped for a few minutes and then resumed driving, ie rest stop pull over to stretch.
During very heavy rain at the beginning of the trip, we got hazard notifications that said 'Caution: Desert Ahead.' Unlikely in central Ohio.

Mark assigned Parking for Favorites
When I go to work I park across the street at a garage. I would like Waze to save that garage as the default parking for that favorite. Also if Waze would calculate the waking time from parking to my work.
When I go home I park in a neighbors driveway on the street behind my house(Yay no driveway and street parking). I would also like to designate a parking spot as a different location than my house and have it saved so i don't have to enter it every time.

Call or text a friend before pickup
a feature that lets you mark contacts as friends you're picking up, maybe save their addresses.
and 5 minutes before reaching the destination to pick up the friend
Send an auto text saying something like "hey it's waze, name will pick up you up in 5 minutes, (s)he's driving a black toyota"
And by 2 minutes before, suggest to call that friend, or auto call to let him/her know that you're out, waiting.
All of this planned when starting off the navigation, and without touching the phone.2 votes -
Make "Police reported ahead" prompts work in background
On my Samsung Galaxy S3 the "police reported ahead" prompts dont work when the app is running in background, however, the "vehicle stopped on shoulder" prompts work just fine. I would like the opposite. Thanks,

Deleted road segment should reveal satellite map before saving (so it can be confirmed).
Currently, if you see a road segment you suspect is in the wrong place, you can delete it, but you can't see what's under the segment (on the satellite map) until AFTER you save...so if you're wrong, you need to re-draw the road, etc.

Turn the colors of the road driven on a car permanetly that way people can know if they've driven on the road or not.
Some people like to explore new routes while other people like one route over and over and taking this into consideration it would be nice to have it a different color from the route color but change it permanently.

My idea is for delivery workers
the input is: 1) place of city 2) streets and numbersThe algorithm: create the most shortest path by using all addresses in number 2 which are inside the city in number 1.
The output: shortest path from the location of the user.

Partial charge rides for extremely late cancellations. If the driver is en route, a cancellation could cost 1/10th the fee. If the driver has arrived and is waiting, the charge might be 1/4th the expected fee.
This would go to discourage flaky riders, and encourage drivers who go out of their way to carpool.

Please make a copy of the "WAZE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT" available online.
I must sign this form to make waze work. I want a copy of any legal document I sign.
