Allow report on the point after the traffic jam. It will increase the accuracy of redirection.
I experience waze selection which route sometime was wrong due to a lot of people report traffic jam but actually the jam just a short one. Example: very jam at LDP, waze still suggest use the route because too many users reported jam at NKVE but actually NKVE just a short distance jam. Thank you!

Routes to Home or Work after I begin navigation to a specific address
When I use Maps on Windows Phone and start voice navigation, Waze starts up (good). But it then asks if I'm going Home or Work and replaces the destination of I don't say"no" (bad). Please don't bring up that prompt if I launched Waze from maps.

Voice Instructions: Bear Right, Keep Right
Voice navigation instructions use "Keep Right (Left) in 2 conditions making it a bit confusing: When on an undivided road approaching a divided section of the same road, and when approaching an intersection with a gradual right (left) turn. "Bear Right (Left)" would be a more appropriate instruction for the 2d situation.

Default text/email contact
95% of my journeys that need someone to know when I'll arrive are me commuting from work. It would be great to have a 'speed dial' feature on the map screen to reduce the clicks to tell the missus when I'll be home.

In Spanish; when on a highway or freeway, if I should exit right, Waze says "keep right" (manténgase a la derecha") instead of "exit right"
In Spanish; when on a highway or freeway, if I should exit right, Waze says "keep right" (manténgase a la derecha") instead of "exit right" ("salga a la derecha"). This is a cause of confusions and many times I stay on the freeway missing my exit. Waze should correct the voice instructions in Spanish

lessen # of waze icons on densely populated maps
Navigating Portland, Oregon is presently impossible for a newcomer. There are too many Waze driver icons, traffic flow icons, etc to be able to read street names and see where I need to go.
The software priorities should be street names and navigation, not seeing a bunch of pink happy faces.
I finally stopped using this app when I go to Portland in rush hour because it is not useful.2 votes -

Integrated Phone dialer l
Often times when Waze is running and you need to make a call, you would have to open the phone app, finish the call and again open Waze to resume the navigation. It would be immensely helpful if we had a fully integrated dialer that can be used to make calls in the context of the Waze app.

General
Hello, I believe it would be really helpful if waze users could add the "possibility of risk" of a thief, i.e. Point out that there is somebode who could be a thief or some one with bad intensions. In Sao Paulo, Brazil, this os very common on trafic lights. If wazer could help one another to prevent this, waze would be adding a lot more value on the top of existing helpful tools. Unfortunatelly I did see few cases where this case happened and I could not tell other wazers users. Many thanks

report on a road I'm not on
I would like to be able to report activity that I'm not necessarily in the middle of. For example, I just exited a parkway right before massive traffic which was being caused by an accident with a lot of police activity, but because I didn't stay on the road I'm not able to report it to help others.

Wave Hazard Spam
I have my sound option on Alerts Only and I get spammed w/ hazards and would like the option of turning off hazards, not only on the screen, but also on audio. I commute 45 minutes to work and 45 minutes home in Denver. I must pass 5 cars on the side of the road each way, and being on a freeway, it's more annoying than helpful, add in construction, red light cameras, and snow,, and the amount of alerts becomes annoying, especially as each one mutes my audio-book or Pandora and thus I miss a few lines in my…

Disable/option iPhone touch-rotating map
When navigating with my iPhone I usually want to zoom in and out using the pinch movement as most apps use, but half the time trigger the touch to rotate map feature, which I never really need to use.
My suggestion: Disable this (the map will still rotate when you are heading in a certain direction, which is all anyone should need it to do) or at least have an option to turn it off.
