    Connect the sunglasses to the car Bluetooth and show the map, this will not create a situation that you move your sight from the road.

  4. General Voice Improvements, etc.

    The voices used by Waze are no longer up to the standards established by Siri and even Google (ironically). It is difficult, if not impossible to correct mispronunciations in the iPhone app, and the voices are not as natural sounding as Siri has become. Surely this can be corrected. TTS is also not as good as it could be, and putting in custom pronunciations should be enabled. Additionally, the whole UI has gotten a little long in the tooth. It hasn't changed much at all over the years, and it could use some refreshing. Thank you for listening.

    I would like to have more funny and amusing voice options be made available for your Canadian users. I have seen this suggested so many times but nothing has been done about it. Currently I have to use Jane because she is one of the few that have the street names option so why not make street names on more of the voice and create some new ones please.

  6. bicycle repairers

    Other Waze members who are either out on their bicycles, or who perhaps live close by to your location, who you can contact in the event of an emergency - snapped chain, flat tyre, need a 26" inner tube etc - very useful if you are stuck in the great outdoors miles from a bike shop (and, of course, it's a Sunday afternoon)! I used to carry spare tubes in my car glove box just for that reason

    I am a kayaker and I know I see a LOT of folks on Facebook trying to figure out where items of importance/danger are on their paths - sweepers (trees that have fallen over the water but not gone under), strainers (trees that have fallen into the water, and other debris, as well as places that are good to put-in and take out, or such places that might not be accessible anymore. Water levels/gauges, dams, bridges, shallow spots, dangerous spots... the ability for someone on the water to note any of these things and have it available (especially if there's…

  14. Green bar for trajectory control on android auto

    When using the phone as display and you drive into a trajectory control there appairs a green bar that shows you how far you are in the trajectory control. If you use android auto it only says you drive in a trajectory control. Can you please add this green bar on android auto?

  15. Helping Small Town roads

    To Whom it may concern, I am contacting you today with an idea that could help our small town here of Nitro, WV (25143). We have a truck stop named Pilot Flying J (4204 1st Ave S, Nitro, WV 25143) located here where many truckers come to refuel their trucks and grab a bite to eat. There is a road that connects the Pilot to the I-64 Interstate exit of Institute, which is Route 25. Unfortunately, several truckers (travelling westbound on 64 to the Pilot) are routed this way using a Gps Device, which runs right through the downtown area…

  17. alternate route to Bay St.Louis Mississippi

    I use appleplay.

    Will be going to Bay St. Louis Mississippi this coming Jaunuary and looking at Waze routes, there is no alternate routes to take other than route 95. On map quest they have 3 routes to choose from. The route I've always take has been route 95 south from Rhode Island, New Jersey Tpke, I- 78, I-81 south towards Harrisburg, I-40 west, I-75 S, I-24, I-59, I459, I-59 south, to I-10E ending up on US-90E. Duration 23 hrs., 23 min., 1477 miles. Cut out the nightmare in Washington DC and a more scenic route to take. Hopefully I…

  18. Waze doesn’t work with Ford CarPlay

    I removed Waze from my iPhone XS because it prevents the car’s audio volume from working properly when connected through USB CarPlay. Too bad because I otherwise like the app but that behavior is not acceptable. So I won’t use it anymore.

  19. Timers in all notifications

    When driving and using Waze to navigate somewhere. When the message pop up asking if you’re a “driver” or “passenger”, this message needs to be on a timer. It needs to go away after a few seconds because a driver can not take their eyes off the road to answer it. Also, even after answering “driver” it should automatically go back to the navigation NOT ask other questions. Having multiple things to answer when you’re trying to see the directions is a hazard.

  20. In google maps when you arrive it should give the specific destination you entered but not so with Waze. It would be helpful if you added a
