Allow other users to send address to my handheld client
Allow facebook friends, waze group members, etc. to send an address to my handheld client if I am online.
1) When an address is recieved by the client, ask the user to accept the route, reject the route or block all address pings.
2) If I don't have a route set, auto accept the aaddress after 10 seconds.
3) Add a new category to the Address Search dialog similar to My Favorites, Recent searches, Contacts, etc. List the received addresses for easy access.9 votes -
System constantly reroutes then the server times out & deletes exsiting route
When I set a route the system constantly reroutes almost every quarter to half a mile. At least 50% if not greater I will then get a message that the server timed out. This wouldn't be so bad except that when this happens it deletes the route I'm trying to follow until it tries again and usually then the server returns a route. This makes Waze virtually unusable. Please make it that once Waze has a route that it continues displaying and following that route until it gets new information from the user or server for a new route. Even…

Notifications in Android Notification bar when Waze is in the background
I would like to see an icon popup next to the Waze icon in the Android Notification bar when people send a Ping, comment to your chat, or when an event like police or accidents have been reported. This would be useful when Waze is in the background.

Apple Carplay HUD Integration Idrive 7
I am writing to formally request the implementation of Head-Up Display (HUD) turn-by-turn navigation support for the Waze iOS app via Apple CarPlay.
I currently drive a 2019 BMW 320d (G20) running iDrive 7. While Apple Maps seamlessly pushes navigation data, street names, and directional arrows directly to my windshield's HUD, Waze remains completely incompatible with this safety feature on iOS.
I am aware that Apple's CarPlay framework has included the necessary APIs for secondary displays for quite some time, and I know that Waze via Android Auto already projects to the HUD on iDrive 7. Furthermore, while the recent…8 votes -

I have a Mazda CX 30 and i have noticed that only Apple Maps can deliver HUD directions, i use only Waze but this does not have this option, is this a Waze issue or Carplay refuses to deliver HUD directions from Waze?

Yes, the title is clickbait. But that really is the end goal!

There is becoming lots of false crash reporting or reports in this area
If you could punish users for placing false reports or remove there ability for reports especially if there not logged in with a account plus after say two false reports remove there report ability plus have it so a user can't make a report then like the same report it would be appreciated

HUD Interface
I own LEXUS NX450 F-Sport and use WAZE through Car Play. The problem is that there is no interface between the WAZE and the Head-Up-Display. For example, Apple Maps has such an interface. I think this is a must feature you have to add.

dynamic rerouting
Please stop automatic (dynamic) re-routing. Waze no longer is asking for re-routing permission from the user during active navigation. Waze is now dynamically (automatically) re-routes user without askiing nor alerting the user. Please STOP automatic (dynamic) re-routing without asking user's permission. Verbal “Animal Alert” & Animal Icon replaced in app
Requesting update to app: 50 mile commute to & from work. High potential for animal / wildlife encounters & add a loss of connection for approx 5 miles during the trip. Add a compass to map view when using Android Auto.
In standalone mode a compass is visible on the map view but the compass disappears when using Waze with Android Auto.

Waze having offline capabilities, just like Google maps
Simple Waze having offline capabilities just like Google maps... 50cc 45km/h Scooter navigation
I’d love to have a scooter navigation, that knows what the traffic situation looks like and that gives you the exact route. I live in the Netherlands and 45km/h scooters often need to switch between de cycling lane and the car lane, so it would be nice if the navigation would give you the exact route including when you need to switch from one lane to the other.
