  5. Add running time since app turned on and total distance travelled thus far while driving

    Hi,

    Aside from the existing time to a particular destination point, e.g., toll gate, it would be very helpful to include total driving time since app is turned on and total distance travelled thus far while driving. These additional information will help us decide better, e.g., when totake a rest, decide if should check in at a hotel instead, etc., while diring on long trips.

  7. CarPlay lagging issue suggestion

    Humble tips for the Waze developers:
    - if possible measure response times from the system. If they go out of bounds or no response, perhaps:
    - reduce the amount (reduce framerate) of mapdisplay data
    - reduce the number of calls per second
    - or stop sending mapdisplay data to CarPlay.
    - stop showing the map altogether and only show lane/direction arrows with exit names/numbers in these cars
    - Perhaps there is a function in CarPlay to clear the buffer and resynchronize the display to current position;
    - suggest that users should not use CarPlay in these cars for navigation.

  8. El uso de Waze para vehículos eléctricos no está a la altura. Tiene una buena base de datos de cargadores pero no están agrupados

    No están agrupados los cargadores de vehículos eléctricos. No los ves todos en el mapa. Podía haber una posibilidad de visualizarlos todos y poder hacer una planificación de viaje con paradas cada x km para cargar el coche y proseguir el viaje

    No android auto deveria ter opção de inserir o destino por voz (pesquisa de endereço por voz). Ter que digitar na tela da multimídia é terrível. Outra sugestão é deixar já como padrão a opção de digitar no telefone.

  11. AVOID WARNING OF NEED TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY ON.

    When using via Android-Auto, the vehicle's lights status is already recognized for switching between day and night display mode. You can use this knowledge of the lights status to avoid warning of the need to turn on lights when the lights are already on, and alert only when they are switched off.

    The setting to allow WAZE to access contacts should not be "HIDDEN" (by having to scroll up the opening page). should be in waze SETTINGS or under WAZE in iphone Settings. Instead one must go online and read where to find this setting!!

  13. Credit Card Skimmer - incorporate reporting finding a credit card skimmer @ a pump, ATM & set a 24hr alert

    As people can report accidents or cars on the side of the roadway, we could report finding skimmers and alert drivers to the possibility of one being at the location within the past 24 hours. The alert would fade away after that period of time if no further alerts from that point are validated.

    Al descargar la aplicación presenta solo un fondo azul, si presentara también con la opción a fondo rosa ser más atractivo para la mujer. Saludos. Gracias

  16. Waze 'dead corner' addition

    Dear Waze,

    I would like to propose an extra feat in Waze that would eliminate dead corner accidents involving Waze software and current available technology. Please contact me if you'd like to hear about it. (no, i'm just a regular guy/dad who came up with a feasable idea and has no clue how to go about it but just thought that this would be a great addition to my favourite road app 😅)

  17. Screen Alerts South London Restrictions

    Please, please provide Camera alerts for as short as one hour road entry restrictions eg in rush hour times in London. Results in PCN fines of £65. These experimental road layout changes are frequently changing (over the last 3-4 years) and the simple “Speed camera” type alerts which pop up on the screen would be really really useful! Waze plans the route well to avoid I believe, but we are sometimes tempted to ignore, thinking we know better!
    As experienced London drivers know, we have favourite routes developed over a lifetime, so these time-based one or two hour restrictions are…

  19. Speed up the opening page

    App lacks responsiveness when first open. This has gotten worst over time.

    When open. I want to select or enter location, but WAZE is none responsive “tapping on screen has no effect”. This all happens during initial entry.

  20. Une meilleure alerte des appareils radar 😩

    Serait-il possible d’augmenter la fiabilité des alertes radar non fixe? Je me suis fais flacher à 23:20. Donc l’appareil a été placé en journée. Et il n’a pas été signaler 😩
