Please make the option available were you can enter the weight and dimensions of your vehicle, ( truck option ) and make sure that you will not send a truck on any roads not fit for a truck. Will do a lot of truckers like me a great favor. Thanks

Need to make the bridge and over pass adding more eazyer so and we can add the info clearance and weight,, Then have a screen so we can change from truck to truck.

the spec for the truck is height, weight, length and wide
Also need the restriction for the roads

Add options for type of vehicle you are driving ex: car,truck,bus, and rv as different states have different roads the vehicles can drive on. Rv,s also have restrictions on them in different states due to the propane the carry which is declared haz mat
So thw gps would have to figure out the routes that way

Offer alerts or options at log in to enter a vehicle "type" and base the route choices around only available truck routes.

Add option to avoid country lanes / single lane rouds
This will be usefull if you driving a VAN (i.e. Lond-Wheel-Base) or a truck, bus.

This would greatly benefit RV drivers, also -- I have to be very careful about some route clearances being badly (or not at all) marked.

I have an RV and this is a great idea. I miss lot of side road trips because I have no idea what is ahead. I'm passing this on to other RV'ers too.

This is an excellent idea. In the northeast US there are many roads (usually called parkways) that can't be used if you have a big rig. But these roads are also illegal fir anyone with commercial plates, an RV (camper van) or even a small trailer to use. Many drivers from out of the area or who don't regularly pull a trailer don't realise this and end up with tickets. A routing option to eliminate these roads as possible routes would be great. I know big rig drivers would love height and weight limitations as well but that is an even bigger undertaking but eliminating roads unavailable to commercial traffic would be a great start for them as well. Many out if state truck drivers run afoul of parkway limitations thanks to GPS.

At present we have to buy a special GPS to handle driving with a big rig to stay away from trees and low clearance problems

Please add truck and tour bus routes. We need to avoid over passes that are to low, roads that prohibit commercial vehicles and roads/bridges/tunnels with weight/hazmat limitations.

Hi, started using Waze a month ago in Paris, and altough it's a great improvement compared to traditional navigation solutions, I noticed the estimations often are quite off. I believe it could be linked to the high density of motor cycles driving in paris, falsifying average speeds quite significantly resulting in much longer drive times (up to 50%) than suggested by waze. Identifying in the preferences if you're a motor cycle or a car, could filter out these differences?

The routing server times out every time to all locations. Even when i have 100 percent connection...

Add a Truck Route for Truck Drivers that haul Hazmat . And low bridges under 13ft 6'' are a huge problem.

Make tractor-trailer navigation/ maps available

Cause of different speed limits, travel time is not the same. There are different max load roads forbidden for trucks too.

Can you improve the client with a sort of "cruise control" for the speed?
In the function I set a maximum speed not to be exceeded and if I go faster waze return me an alarm!
