Definitely could use a commercial option Waze should actually consider a paid version for commercial options and have tracking vehicles for employers

Would be great to add a feature to Waze for truck drivers across the nation.

The idea is simple
Have a mode in the app for “truck drivers”
Whilst in that mode you can then report on weighbridges
Either open or closed.

With this - if you fill in your trip as to where your going - also have a button “check bridges” which will show the next 5 rms bridges on your journey and either open or closed shown.

The reporting method used to report police traffic and crashes etc would be the same for the weighbridges.

This would help out many truck drivers and potentially gain mass amounts of new users

waze could potentially even make this a subscription or one off purchase.

WAZE - Please add the "RV" Option - I don't even own an RV and can see it's benefits.

It would be great if you could select routing based on your vehicle. We travel in an RV a lot and some roads are too narrow or have other obstructions prohibitive to our RV and possibly longer and heavier vehicles (i.e. towing a trailer). It would be great if we could select that profile in Waze and be confident that the route is safe for our vehicle! There are other GPS apps for campers, but I’d prefer to use Waze!!

I have been using Waze for almost 9 years now but NOW I think it´s time to change to other navigators.
I REALLY need to set my max speed due to worktime schedule...

Une application de ce genre serait parfaite

I have off-road vehicle that is not able to drive over 90kmph. I usually cruise at 80 on highways and the time of arrival of longer trip is completely unusable. And sometime navigation directs me to the highway as it thinks that it is faster than shorter smaller roads but actually it takes me much more time. I am building expedition off-road RV that due to extreme off-road capabilities is not even secure to drive over 80. Same issue I have with trailer that is limited to 80 and I drive on highway on cruise control exactly 80 but navigation expect 110 here so after driving for example 200 km the difference in ETA is 40 minutes! The same situation is when you drive trucks.
This setting is quite easy to add comparing to what other professional navigation can do with car weight and size. And I think a lot of people find it useful and the ETA number will have some meaning for them again.

This app is most useful but it is a bit limited for trucks .To be able to setup for trucks would improve the usefulness emensly
