Waze should add commercial trucking routes to its maps and map editor. Put in trucking routes. Weight stations, truck stops, truck speeds if different from car speed, low bridges, no trucks allowed roads and routes. I love was its great. But us truckers can not go the Waze the cars can go sometimes. It would be awesome. I hope to see it soon. Thank you.

You need to get an app for truck drivers. This is a great app for cars. There's not near enough for the truckers. I think this app would be useful.

maybe theres a route also for a close van (aluminum van) which has a 6 wheels or sometimes 4 wheels. because not all roads are accessible for the trucks that is a close van. it would be great. thank you.

I would love to see waze for trucks. Different sizes. Like box trucks 26 feet and similar. And I'm sure semi trucks would love it too. I use my waze when we drive even though we have to use another one for having a truck.

A Waze for Truck drivers that will notify drivers of DOT Check points and truck enforcement the same way Waze now does with Police.

I can see this has been requested for years. I am very surprised this has not been actioned. I find Waze very useful and pretty accurate on ETAs when I am driving my personal car. However, when I driving a minibus restricted to 60mph or my campervan which I keep to about 50mph its not accurate. Other stat navs enable you to set the maximum speed you will drive which help give a much more accurate ETA. Why cant Waze add this. Please.

a car over 2m tall, roof rack, cannot drive down various roads... toll road under paris for example, it would be good to know this..

Si Waze se décidais au regard de sa qualité actuel pour les vl
a apporter une formule PL (poids, gabarie ec...)
Il serait le N 1 de tout les GPS toute catégorie confondu;
il pourrai même se payer le luxe de le faire en option payante (prix raisonnable)
et il n'y a pas que les Routiers qui pourrai en profiter
les campingcaristes, et les caravaniers aussi serait preneurs (sa fait du monde)

La question posée depuis 2014 n'a toujours pas fais écho aux oreilles des développeurs en 2020... Quelle réactivité! ! !

me gustaria poder indicar a waze que hay algunas calles que no quiero o no puedo tomar por diversas razones y que podria no ser de interes para otros wazers, por ejemplo, si mi auto es muy alto para una calle, muy bajo, muy ancho, la calle tiene baches, es peligrosa etc.
en mi caso, hay una calle que tiene un limite de altura, pero se ha caido y ahora solo pueden pasar compactos y no pueden pasar suvs, o pickups que son mas altas pero tampoco son vehiculos comerciales ni pesados

Not only are truck drivers using their cell phones with Waze or other car apps, there are no laws in place to enforce that truck drivers must use trucking apps only. Our substandard residential streets are getting thousands of trucks and cars and this is dangerous. One homeowner was recently hit and lost hit home to pay for medical bills. So the solution is for drivers to just log in or sign into the correct type of GPS App - either truck or car.
