We use waze as our default nav app. We just purchased an RV (40 foot long coach) and could use some additional bells and whistles. RVs require much more careful navigation than a car. Bridge heights and tight construction are big hazards to an RV’r. We can’t do u-turns like a car either. Everything requires much more calculated moves than a car. We avoid busy small streets and construction if possible because it can be very scary. Also, we use truck stops for gas instead of normal gas stations as well, because of wider access. Low bridges are another scary item to avoid.

It seems there is an explosion of new RV’rs everywhere we go and we would love having an RV Nav option in Waze if possible.

Lots of people are traveling with motor homes and this would help them select routes they should avoid due to low clearances.

Add motorhome option

I can see a couple of reasons this feature would be helpful, but for me personally, it's due to anxiety. Adding a feature to avoid specific road types, bridges, in particular, could be useful for truckers as well.

For me driving on high-rise bridges like those found in the Dallas/Fort Worth area brings about some pretty high anxiety and I actually cannot drive on them.

For truck drivers, if they use Waze, it could be useful to have a feature allowing them to avoid underpasses that are below a specific height.

tener una aplicación donde esta el tipo de vehículo como ejemplo , vehículo particular , taxi , moto , y una adicional como camión o equipo pesado ya que muchas veces el equipo pesado no se puede meter por vías que son para , taxi , particular y motos y el weze no hace diferencia hay que estar preguntando a las personas si puede transitar equipo pesado por esa vía y evitar multas ya que el weze tiene pendiente es vehículos pequeños y no camiones

Estaría muy bien que los profesionales de furgones furgonetas y camiones tuvieran la disponibilidad de los mismos en los vehículos para poder controlar la velocidad y lugares de paso

If we could tag the vehicle as Van/commercial/Trade so the sat Nav stops trying to take us down restricted areas to this type of vehicle.

The application is excellent and we thank you for that. It would be very useful to make an update and add navigation for trucks. For us truck drivers would be extremely useful.
Navigation for trucks would be very helpful with specific routes, speed and height limits, gauge limits and all those that are specific to truckslo

אני לדוגמא נהג משאית, כאשר ביום אני נוהג במשאית שלי וכאשר אגדיר פרופיל ״משאית״, הוויז ידע את הגובה שלי והמשקל שהגדרתי ואפילו את סוג הסולר וחברת הדלק שבה יש לי דלקן וכך יכוון אותי דרך דרכים שיחסית רחובות וצירי נסיעה ראויים למשאית, על ידי הגובה, הרוחב והמשקל שהגדרתי ואפילו אפשרות נסיעה בכביש 6 (שיש מנוי למשאית שלי). קרה לי כבר כמה פעמים שנסעתי המון זמן בעקבות הניווט של הוויז וכשהגעתי לסוף הרחוב יש תמרור של ״אין כניסה ל8 טון״ ואני עם משאית של 12 טון והייתי חייב לבצע עבירת תנועה ולהכנס כי לא היה לי דרך להסתובב, קרה לי בירושלים, בחיפה ובתל אביב וכמובן שהתמרור הנפוץ ביותר ״אין פרסה לרכב מעל 4 טון״.
ואילו בערב או בימי חופש מהעבודה אני נוסע ברכב הפרטי שלי, אני יכול לסמן את הפרופיל ״רכב פרטי״, ובכך אבטל את הנסיעה בכביש 6 וצירי תשלום, אוכל לנסוע בכל מקום ללא הגבלה וכו׳.

En Costa Rica, hay un puente aéreo de baja altura que un camion alto no podría pasar, en la calle 15 tribunales de Justicia, lo quise hacer en el mapa directamente, pero no hay ninguna función que me de opción de dar sugerencia, y en mi caso manejando menos que puedo hacerlo, si hubiera ésa función quizás si podría sugerirlo de inmediato.

Ao utilizar minha carretinha reboque, o CBT determina que seja considerado o mesmo limite de velocidade para veículos pesados.

It would be great to add an additional option for Navigation specifically for large vehicles like vans or SUVs, pickup trucks and the like.
I find that in the UK some roads can be very narrow and passing can only be done in a specific bay, slowing travel down.
So a new Navigation option would be great to be able to exclude narrow roads.
