I agree. In Panama City after the Hurricane, I went up 2x with teams. Churches etc do their best coordinating volunteers and using assessment teams to specify what is needed where. Precious resources can me most efficiently deployed if there were a way to use the map and symbols combined with a way to share uploaded photos plus a description. i.e. (1) Elderly widow, tree 10' diameter blocking car into driveway. Crane and minimum 30" chainsaw required. (2) Spouse mother 3 kids under 5, multiple trees down but not compromising home or drive. Needs crew with small chainsaw to help clear to curbside. ...ETC... Others should be able to add updates.

Oui. Pour éviter notamment les agglos où il est interdit de circuler aux plus de 5T, et aussi éviter de polluer.
On l'a vu récemment dramatiquement avec l'effondrement d'un pont.
Maintenant il reste aussi la possibilité d'avoir du bon sens et de respecter le code de la route.
