I constantly find myself using two or more navigation apps to properly find my way. Waze needs to offer vehicle size options so when I'm towing I can know about restrictions. I end up using a different app to get to the campground just so I can know about height and weight restrictions. It would seem this would be an easy add on.

Se serait une tres bonne idée.
Les raccourcis ou les astuces c est bien mais a condition de pouvoir les franchir sans se metre en danger lorsque nous somme attelée.

Exemple...
Circuler sur une route peut large pour déboucher sur un pont trop bas et n avoir que la solution de reculer avec la remorque sur plusieurs km est ma hantise.
(Je parle en connaissance de cause)

Please add a van option or a specification of height to avoid getting stuck at a tunnel. It would be very helpful.

Det är viktigt att veta fri höjd när man kör lastbil och högre skåpbil. Gärna redan vi planering av rutten. Optimalt vore om man kan ställa in höjden på sitt eget fordon och kunna rapportera in uppgifter om fri höjd.
Lastbilschaufförer vill förmodligen ha samma funktion för fordonsvikt och vägens bärighet.

Yesterday we were sent to the A86 duplex to cross Paris. Unfortunately we drove in a camper which was way too high. A possibility to setup the car's dimension would come in handy.

We need features such as those available in the Avtex Tour 2 (Garmin base system) which allows you to enter the details of your RV, caravan, trailer (height, length, weight). This is a feature I would happily pay for.

In France, yound drivers (with a two or three years old licence) can't drive the same speed on highways. It could be nice to adjust speed limits for those driver's!

i have gone trough this stupid tunnel which i fit perfeclty (renault traffic, not a big van)
about 5 times, and i have 2 penalty charge of 130£ if i pay in 14 days one penalty will be reduced by50% so its 65£ for one cross! nice! thanks a lot! transport for London... thanks a lot WAZE!

It would mean the world to be able to set preferences for driving with a caravan and be able to fill in details like length, width (!!) (!!)

This would be a great function! I am in love with Waze for long years, now I have to give it up when towing, as I don´t want to get in trouble on the road in narrow streets.

Relatives complain that they get stuck behind farm tractors on their way to work. They live in Northeast USA. Sometimes 30 min to an hour late!
Potentially add tractor or construction-vehicle or farm animal flags when they slow down traffic on public roads. Similar flagging mechanism for dangerous objects and broken down vehicles. Will need to be more dynamic than stationary objects and may need to be directionally based. Doesn’t really effect both directions up here in northeast. In NY. May be different in cow country around Great Lakes. May be easily implemented if the speed data for reporting vehicle is available. Thanks!

I have been asking for this feature every year. This is a need item in Waze. Just another setting page and can be used every time when it comes to towing a camper or trailer. There is no need to go down town when pulling a camper or trailer. Happens all the time when I am near or around Greenville, SC. Truckers have a knowledge of the road and would be a great benefit for us road travelers.

Would be welcomed very much. Anyone knows of an app the does show limitations for long and/or wide combinations.

Hi. I am driving van in London every single day. I can tick to avoid toll routes in an app but I can not exclude Rotherhithe tunnel but it is forbidden to drive there for vans. And it is really annoying to have time after time route changed to use this tunnel cause it is closer to the destination. Can you add a tick to avoid Rotherhithe tunnel from route calculation please please please! It is really annoying!

There are some city streets which are closed to all but zero-emission vehicles (eg Beech Street in London UK). Waze avoids such streets by default, but if one could identify one’s vehicle as an EV then zero-emission routing could be included.
