It would be handy with the app informing you of overhead clearances, restricted access vehicle routes, etc.

Optimise routes for towing a caravan or large trailer. This would prevent users from moving away from Waze & using alternative apps / systems made purely for towing & would also help to prevent anyone using Waze whilst towing from taking inappropriate routes. This could work simply by omitting routes which have height or width restrictions so could be an easy add-on.

I have seen people post about having the ability to set low bridge clearance. This is not a feature being asked for by commercial truck drivers. These are features that the RV driver needs to have. The fifth wheel that I pull to go camping with my family needs 13 ft 6 in of clearance. If I am using Waze I would like to know my route is clear of low clearance Bridges!

Could be interesting have the possibility to personalize your cars. Max Speed ( sportive one or slower) , consumption fuel cost of the trip

It would be a great enhancement if you could add a Caravan and RVs feature to Waze. If we could select weight, height, length and width of our rig, if it is a caravan or RVs a d if Waze determine a route avoiding low bridges and overpasses, narrow roads and weight limited roads I would find it a real bonus and the App would be so much more useful.

Caravan mode would be awesome. Avoid narrow streets, sharp turns, low bridges and tight roundabouts

V nastavení vozidla chybí maximální rychlost, kterou může jet. Navigace by potom s touto rychlostí měla počítat - čas dojezdu, volba nejrychlejší trasy.
Napríklad jedu s karavanem, max. rychlost 80km/h
Stačilo by mít navíc typ vozidla s omezenou rychlostí.

I think you should add hgv as a vehicle i love using your app but i cant use it when im driving a hgv as i cannot set weight and height limit. Also when driving a hgv they are limited to 56mph so we get to the destination slower

It's been asked very often to have a truck option, but Waze HQ always replied that it's not a priority for them and - at the same time - they find that it's a big liability issue. It takes a lot of effort to enter all the information for weight and size restrictions for the entire Waze database. And they are afraid they will be responsible if a vehicle gets stuck because information is flawed / out of date / missing.

But I agree I'd love to see the feature too. I occasionally have to drive trucks and there is currently no real low-cost GPS option with trucking routes.

I have a 5th wheel RV that is 13’5” tall & 40’ long. Would love to have option to input my vehicle specs, which would then route me based on road restrictions (height, weight & length)!

Adding the option to set vehicle height, width and load limit would be an immense help. Avoiding low bridges and narrow roads when in a van would be extremely helpful. As far as I’m aware, there are no current apps on the market that provide such a feature. Everyone likes to be the first!!
