I'm a tow truck driver for one of the biggest towing companies in South Africa, and if it is possible to get notification regarding accidents even if it is sometimes, not an accident, I would pay a monthly subscription for that, or.... !

Add route options to avoid low cle a range (user sets height) and roads that restrict use of towing trailers (Taconic Parkway, for example.)

Trailers aren't allowed everywhere and speed limits differ from driving without a trailer. Also ETA will be different because of the speed limit. Would also be an easy way to know if you are travelling within the speed limit of the country you are in. And choosing a route with less roundabouts or small mountain passes would make the drive more easy.

Setting that would select vehicle type of RV that would have options to avoid low bridges and overpasses, narrow roads and tight turns

To add a option for lorry routes

Eu tenho um caminhão, mas pouco uso o Waze por conta que tem ruas aonde o caminhão não entra, a minha sugestão é que vocês analisarem e talvez criar uma opção de rotas para caminhões, com ruas de restrição, e horários também, vocês sempre estão inovando e sempre colocando, vozes para animar nosso dia a dia, sei que essa rota de caminhão, vai acontecer, ajuda os caminhoneiros Waze.

We As Truck Trailer Deivers are suffering from navigations that makes us entering to a districted roads for above 12 tons and also small roads and tgat mistake costs us a fee’s and big problem in grtting vack to the main roads . We want solutions for this if the waze shows us that its not allowed for heavy trucks to enter those kind of roads

Why don't you add a delivery option under the vehicle choice where you can input multiple drop offs and waze works out what order to do them so the route is the best and shortest possible, as at the minute you can only add one drop off.

We use waze as our default nav app. We just purchased an RV (40 foot long coach) and could use some additional bells and whistles. RVs require much more careful navigation than a car. Bridge heights and tight construction are big hazards to an RV’r. We can’t do u-turns like a car either. Everything requires much more calculated moves than a car. We avoid busy small streets and construction if possible because it can be very scary. Also, we use truck stops for gas instead of normal gas stations as well, because of wider access. Low bridges are another scary item to avoid.

It seems there is an explosion of new RV’rs everywhere we go and we would love having an RV Nav option in Waze if possible.

Lots of people are traveling with motor homes and this would help them select routes they should avoid due to low clearances.

Add motorhome option

I can see a couple of reasons this feature would be helpful, but for me personally, it's due to anxiety. Adding a feature to avoid specific road types, bridges, in particular, could be useful for truckers as well.

For me driving on high-rise bridges like those found in the Dallas/Fort Worth area brings about some pretty high anxiety and I actually cannot drive on them.

For truck drivers, if they use Waze, it could be useful to have a feature allowing them to avoid underpasses that are below a specific height.

tener una aplicación donde esta el tipo de vehículo como ejemplo , vehículo particular , taxi , moto , y una adicional como camión o equipo pesado ya que muchas veces el equipo pesado no se puede meter por vías que son para , taxi , particular y motos y el weze no hace diferencia hay que estar preguntando a las personas si puede transitar equipo pesado por esa vía y evitar multas ya que el weze tiene pendiente es vehículos pequeños y no camiones

Estaría muy bien que los profesionales de furgones furgonetas y camiones tuvieran la disponibilidad de los mismos en los vehículos para poder controlar la velocidad y lugares de paso

Como configurar el waze para trailers en costa rica

If we could tag the vehicle as Van/commercial/Trade so the sat Nav stops trying to take us down restricted areas to this type of vehicle.

The application is excellent and we thank you for that. It would be very useful to make an update and add navigation for trucks. For us truck drivers would be extremely useful.
Navigation for trucks would be very helpful with specific routes, speed and height limits, gauge limits and all those that are specific to truckslo
