Please, give us an option for caravan, camping-car and big véhicule, to have large and cool road !!!!
I have a big old caravan, ad sometimes, road are not ridding easy with it.
It's possible to have an option like motorway or not, for ridding cool and secure with big and large truck, caravan or camping-car?
Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

Cette fonctionnalité serait vraiment la bienvenue surtout dans les grandes agglomérations ou ponts à hauteur limitée, travaux... Jouent énormément sur le temps de transport notamment avec une camion de type H2.

Waze would be an excellent GPS for campers

We love using Waze, but we have an RV as well and it would be great if you added this feature to your product. RV's have to be aware of bridges and small surface streets.

Bonjour Waze!!!

for truckers also NAvigation to use, just upload the streets which they are allowed to drive and which not. it is only made for cars up to 3.5. for over 3.5t and 7.5 tonnes are always other roads and roads to drive, it would be a great step for Waze too.

This would be a great tool for navigating commercial trucks

Height, weight, and material restrictions for Truckers and RV's. Truckers may only be 5% but that is a significant 5%. Also a feature to avoid parkways.

I own a classic VW, and my maximum speed is 50mph, I love using Waze but there is no current map or navigation app that will consider a maximum speed for classic vehicles and caravans, I would love to be able to change my max speed for a planned journey.
I cannot imagine this would be too hard to implement and would be very helpful to many people.

My husband is a truck driver and we own an RV it would make it a lot easier to have one app for all vehicles.

Large/commercial vehicles need a "NO U-TURNS" option. Weight, height, and other size restrictions for certain roads would be helpful. Many US highways don't allow vehicles above a certain weight in the left lane. Waze often provides "short cuts" through neighborhood streets, often having sharp turns or narrow roads, which is great for a car, but dangerous for larger vehicles.

This kind of car is popular in large families of group of friends vacations. Waze drove us through incredibly narrow streets (especially in Spain, Italy and Greece, but I guess it happens in many old cities or villages).
In many cases we had to fold the side mirrors to pass, in others we had to drive back since the street narrowed at a certain point so it was impossible to pass. Imagine the pressure in reversing for a hundred meters or so in a street where the walls are about 5 to 10 centimeters from each side of the car !! Same applies to very sharp turns in streets in such areas.
I am aware that this is a substantial change, since it requires to add to the database the minimal width of each street, but it only relates to these old built areas, which form a tiny part of the total road and street database -

I and many volunteers have found the lack of real-time knowledge regarding drop sites and items both delivered and still needed astonishing, no, better described and infuriating. My group of regular guys with trucks and trailer has spent days driving loads of MRE's, Tarps, and other needed items around with no clear real-time understanding of what has already been delivered and what is needed. I have been brainstorming (out load) this thought. Why can't we figure out a way to get WAZE to integrate with a disaster area and show drop areas like they do wrecks and other things created by the public user. Then when I get a trailer load of Water I look at my WAZE and see who has and who hasn't dropped water at certain locations. Yesterday alone six guys with three trucks and big trailers zigzagged close to 400 miles across 5 counties dropping MRE's, Tarps, Bucket Cleaning Kits, And personal sanitation kits. We loaded trailers with pallets from the Salvation Army in Tallahassee and when we asked where we should take them we were told "I don't know just go find people" we would get to designated drop areas and they would have too many of one thing than a drop area 15 miles away would have none of the items we dropped at the first place but too many of another item then, once we got to the last location, they had nothing. My vision is, if I am already looking at WAZE to navigate, why can't this app cures this issue. If I was at our first stop and I knew our last stop hasn't received any of a certainly needed item I could make sure I keep enough on the trailer to supply them. This isn't a problem the Emergency Operations Center can figure out Neither has the Red Cross (We actually resupplied two Red Cross Locations with MRE's and Cleaning supplies)Because the volunteers were clueless with their own supply chain and hadn't seen a supply truck in two days. The Mayor of one town said he had been waiting on the Gov for three days to send items we had on our trailers. IT IS A SIMPLE FIX FOR SMART APP DEVELOPERS LIKE YOU....PLEASE HELP!!!! Jay K Hill on FB

I have a fiber optic splice bucket can, does Waze have a place I can put height?

Waze is far superior to any of the dedicated RV and truck navigation apps. However, Waze does not consider the height, width, length and weight of RVs and trucks. Following Waze directions in a large vehicle can get one onto roads that are unsuitable and possibly dangerous.
It would be helpful if Waze had a way to help one avoid routes that are not RV and truck friendly.
