Please, give us an option for caravan, camping-car and big véhicule, to have large and cool road !!!!
I have a big old caravan, ad sometimes, road are not ridding easy with it.
It's possible to have an option like motorway or not, for ridding cool and secure with big and large truck, caravan or camping-car?
Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

This would be good for users of cars as well since they would want to park or drop off someone on the same side of the road as the address. This is particularly true for dense city streets. Just a small penalty for opposite side of the road direction would probably do the trick.

Bonjour,

Currently there are 3 vehicle types in Waze : car, 2 wheels and taxi, my proposition is to add a specific type of vehicle for motorhomes and camper vans which could provide :
- best option ways taking care of gabarit of this type of vehicles
- specific service areas and night park for motorhome -

In europe 80 km/h is max with caravan, and then you have small vehicles that only can do 45 km/h.
You also get a correct route time direct. -

Please add features that apply to motor coaches/buses like what Rand McNally GPS has. I find WAZE extremely easy to use and has great features, but would be perfect if you add motor coach features.

In metro NYC we have lots of parkways and truck restricted roads. It would be great to be able to switch settings when I get into my truck and not have to worry about adjusting my routes to avoid the roads that cars can take but I can not!

Very god idea, special for us with caravans or trailer and are not allowed to drive faster than 80khm on a road with 120kmh limit.

It would be nice to have a commercial vehicle option to avoid any restricted roads

I’m moving up from a travel trailer to a fifth wheel. I’d really like to be able to get routes where I know I won’t have a clearance issue.

Considering the amount of votes for this, I imagine that many fleet companies would pay for such a service.

Would it be possible to extend the list of means of transport? Now there is a car, a motorcycle, a taxi, but when I get a van, I will not pass on some sections for personal cars.

Would be a great feature for long haulage, truck drivers and professional drivers alike: a tachograph built into the Waze app.
Could not only remind you of the sometimes very confusing driver regulations in your particular country (like a 45 min break after 4 hours in the UK, for instance) for unplanned drives, but could also allow drivers to plan breaks into their route and calculate estimated arrival times including said breaks.
