It is not as replacement for the sugested deviations, it is meant for "programming" a tour so to say

Running Waze on Android Auto can use an addition. While driving you might want to be able to choose a via route (deviation) without having to disconnect the phone and add the deviation in Waze on the phone, this is not safe while driving and not always possible to stop along the side of the road.

There is certain places i want to avoid everyday. I use one highway but want to avoid otherone.
I would like the chance to mark certain points in the map (or adresses) to avoid by default.

I need to know comparison of my favourit routes from home to work and back. I have more favourit routes to the work. I would like to see time for my (eg 3 ) routes and routes suggested by waze.

O app é muito útil, porém não tão inteligente. Há 3 anos uso mesma rota próxima da minha casa e nunca usa a melhor e mais rápida. Sempre dá a sugestão por uma via, na qual devo parar e esperar para cruzar, porém, uma rua antes, posso entrar e seguir livremente. Mas ao entrar nessa rua, o app me envia para a próxima avenida paralela que leva +2min, sendo que seguindo por essa rua, em 20s estou no destino. Parece que o app "esqueceu" que existe essa rua e quando acesso "ele lembra". PS. não é rota perigosa, nem morro ou favela!!! #UX pow

Após selecionar o percurso e aparecer o trajeto, poderia haver uma opção para adicionar um endereço na qual quero que me mostre um novo trajeto que passe pelo endereço adicionado. Pois muitas vezes nós conhecemos outros percursos e lembrando de alguma rua na qual poderia ser melhor o caminho.

Please consider the ability to save a route with a change in "freeway" option during the route. For example, I travel out of state often an want to avoid highways until I get outside of the Atlanta area, then take highways the rest of the trip. Since many states now have a Hands Free Driving law, that means I have to pull off the road to change my settings.

I use a combo of highway and non-highway roads to get t\f work. I could take Interstate the whole way, but with traffic patterns, construction, and scenery preferences, I use a mix of road types. The settings only allow me to include or not include highways, and while that almost creates my custom route, there are a few sections where highway is the best option.

Yup. This feature should be a priority for Waze.

I guess waze/google dont care about this useful feature cause nothing changed in 2 years, they eliminated even fastest / shortest route option

I too would like to customize my route. Sometimes Waze creates some of bazaar routes that just does not make sense.

This is a great idea. I would love to know the estimated conditions of my own custom routes. I take a lot of combined routes rather than what waze suggests that I just enjoy more and are roughly the same length in time to drove.

It would be really good to have a feature for the app to save your last route and pull the conditions for that route up when you enter a destination and location. Sometime, i do not like the suggested routes and want information on my usual route.

Seria genial que le pudiera guardar mi propia ruta, para usar waze como un cronometro para saber cuanto tiempo voy a hacer recorriendo esa ruta y que no me mande por otras opciones. I would love this. Specific example to Waze is this. I drive to one place often. It has four routes that all come up when I leave. None of the four is the "best" route, something I've determined by driving this over the years. I would love for it to be able to "learn" a route, and then when I hit "go" to someplace, it would ask, "favorite route?" and if I hit yes, it would either send me that way, or tell me of a problem on that route.

Wave does not take into account traffic congestion as I thought it was supposed to. I suggest: allow the driver to say: I am creating a new and better route given the circumstances (e.g., rush hour)

Upon Touching a thumbprint sensor - a personal home route would be activated along with all the previous historical routes attributed to that given thumbprint.
