Show distance to next stops (Fuel, Rest etc) on Highways/interstates on the main screen during routes.

When traveling the HOV lane on a freeway with 3 or more lanes to the right, being notified 1 mile before exiting can be difficult to navigate safely, especially with traffic or changing freeways.

Add close proximity alert option (~500-200ft) for all Speed Cameras and Red Light Cameras. The current singular alert at 0.2 or 0.3 miles away is useless in an urban setting, where such distances can be entirely different neighborhoods or even boroughs and drivers should not take eyes off busy roads to view a navigation screen. Current alert is less beneficial than just stating changes in speed limits.

All of the alerts should be adjustable, not just on/off.

Wave was always great giving reminders that a speed camera is coming on the driving path. However it was changed. Now the app notification is 1/2 mile away abs only once. In New York that 1/2 can take some time to travel. So please return the notification to a closer usable distance and also allow more than only one time

Commenting on this feature what would be useful is to set more than one waring for the same camera each alert set for a different distance. It's a good idea to be warned far ahead for far reach cameras but it could happen that if warned far ahead when I reach the camera I already forgot about the warning so it does not serve it's purpose. Two or more configurable distances would be what's best.

A speed dependant alert could be useful, but should still be configurable. I am not so sure if it could be worse not to alert at a speed below the limit. I could speed up just there and the warning pop up just at the moment I'm above the limit and being fined already.

The navigator warns too late about speed radar. It is necessary to increase a radar warning to 1.5 / 2 km away so that the driver has time to equalize the speed

It would be nice to see the distance to the next speed camera on the route, and also the speed limit at the next camera. It would save both fuel and brakes, if you could slow down without braking.

Anything of this kind, is greater than nothing. I’m grateful as it is, to have Waze.

Increase the warning distance for alerts especially law enforcement. 1/2 mile is far too short especially in hilly areas. It’s almost as if you’re on top of the law enforcement by the time the alert activates.

I used to get warnings from 0.5miles away for Cameras and Police back in the days when Cameras were a user Pin. It's been ever so annoying recently as this has changed and I agree there isn't enough warning. And it should NOT warn you only when you are speeding. Wish there was a way to revert to old Waze versions.

Set Speed Camera alert always on regardless of current speed. This is needed on UK Smart Motorways where limits are set below the national speed limit.

Set mobile Police Speed Camera van alert distance to 1 or 2 miles.

Set speed camera or police visual Alert colour on Android Auto. The current flashing blob is not visible enough. Let us make it bright red to see it more clearly on the cars nav screen.

The main reason I use Waze is for the Speed Camera alerts but the lack of these options is making it very frustrating to use. Please add these options if possible.

Remember if we are driving and looking out for ourselves, and a notification voice says, Vehicle on side of the road in 1.2 miles. We begin to look for that. Dividing now our attention between driving and looking ahead to see if there is still a car on the side or patrol person. I feel myself often rushed and straining to see up the road. If there is a curve, or a semi in front of me I can't do anything until its too late. The warning is gone and I can't help. I would only hope you could add a couple more seconds on showing that STILL THERE / NOT THERE message. ty

Alerts pop up for me as soon as they're reported, and I get an audio warning at least a half mile out.

You're not supposed to speed! They should remove the Police Ahead warning period. Let the police do their job.

And add the toll barrier distance. Police are sooooo often within the 10km of the toll barrier

If you can't see the speed trap you're probably going too fast. You should drive to your own limits not the vehicles limits.
