How about making the speedometer the size of the display and have the directions continue to talk like normal.

Or have the intersection guidance pop up and take over the full display just before the intersection then disappear and display the Speedo.

Echoing the other posts about the small Speed LIMIT box. I can see the speedometer box now but the speed LIMIT box is so small its unreadable.
I have three speedometer indications in my vehicle but of course only Waze for the Speed LIMIT. Most people really want to know the Speed Limit I'm sure.

Waze could have a full screen speedometer option. For example, many times we know the route to our destination and traffic is low, and is more important to have an easier way to control the speed limits. Waze could serve this purpose with something more effective than the tiny speedometer in the map. A full screen big speedometer is the way. :) And it could be awesome if it has a color change in the background, like orange when we are close to the limit and red when we pass it, so we don't even need to take our eyes of the road most of the time. The speed limit is a nice feature and mostly accurate.

But the size is just way too small. I think this is a very emergent concern given how essential it is to users.

Hi, I use my Waze as a Speedo in my 53 yo Holden. Would love a larger current speed reading or make it customisable plz. It's hard to read on sunny days and I had to download a different speedo app, but would prefer my Waze app.

The speed "limit" display needs to be larger for older drivers and drivers with vision issues.

It would be very useful to have an option to display a larger speedometer along with a larger display of the current speed limit. Useful when I know my route but have concerns about potentially breaking a speed limit.

I love Waze, but I find myself using AmiGO more often because the Speedo on AmiGO is easier to read than the one on Waze. Please change it, or make it customizable...

As a motorcyclist, this is very important. Very difficult to see / distinguish the speed and speed limit while riding.

You increased the size of various warnings (hazard, police, etc.) and it now takes almost half the screen. The previous iteration of it was sufficient. But you made the speedometer even smaller and reduced the contrast. Both speed bubbles need to be increased to a visible size. Also, you plastered those icons all over the screen (question mark, magnifying glass, cancell, route) when before they were all rolled into a relatively small box with the ETA/route info. There is already not enough space on the screen and you plaster more icons on it. The speedometer bubbles are important to see at a glance. To cancel a route, I can tap on it and then select "cancel". Users have been complaining about it for months and you still haven't done anything about it.

Not only the speedometer, but also the maximum speed sign needs a larger size (for example, optionally place it next to the same size, and not in the corner of the current speed). Now it is very small, I have set the option to display it all the time to know how fast to go.

The speedometer icon should be flexible for adjustment on the map in terms of positioning and size to avoid users having to strain eyes during driving.

Not sure if it's just me but the color contrast might need tweaks as well or perhaps it's a color issue for my eyes. But sometimes the colors make it difficult to read as well.

Wait. Is Waze even interested in feedback? This has been asked for SINCE 2012....

Also.. if I tap it once. Would like it LARGE.. like half the screen.. for both the speedometer and the speed limit signs.. for like 3 seconds (or configure time)
