Definitely need this!!

Don’t we all love light looking season?! Waze has the power to take us on the best routes and it’s time they use their magical forces to show us all a little holiday spirit.

Every Christmas our town has a "Christmas Light Display Competition" and posts the addresses of up to 20 locations with Christmas Light displays to view and vote on. It would be very nice if Waze could add a multiple waypoint feature so I don't have to program in a new address at every Christmas Light Display. Thank you :)

Waze should track the high traffic neighborhoods around Christmas to make a map of Christmas light houses/neighborhoods so that it can make maps for light looking!

Has Waze implemented Christmas lights as a category under Points Of Interest. Yes, that would be awesome.

It would also be great to have an option for Waze to design a route to tour the houses if there are enough in the area.

Every year we take our young children and drive round to spot the most outrageously Christmas decorated houses, but spend more time driving and trying to find them. Can you add a button to allow people add highly decorated houses with Christmas decorations - that way people can mark them and make an interesting Christmas trail??

Wife loves looking at Christmas lights. It would make life a lot easier knowing where to take her to see the best displays.... and save gas.

highlighting Nativity Scenes is important

Waze could create routes in your city or neighborhood to optimize your viewing routes.

I was coming on here to post this idea as well. To get the most bang for the buck, allow users to not only mark locations but rate them on a 1-5 scale or so. Then would be good if you could create a best execution route to see "x number of displays rated 4 or above."

During the holiday season, let users post or rate christmas lights so others can see them before the season passes. Sometimes these lights are off the main road and knowing where pretty lights can be found could be helpful!

Thought I had this great idea first, but it seems that someone beat me to it! Great idea! WAZERS can mark them and with the confirmation by other users, they could rate them. Have it show up as a Christmas light bulb on the map. Great idea!!

Now would be a great time to have waze accept GPS coordinates as destination (as does Google maps and MapQuest)

I'm 100% in agreement. I'd like to make a DIY holiday lights your dr the family, or be able to detour to see one on our way home Christmas evening. Great idea!
