Add friends without facebook
Why am I forced to use facebook in order to add friends to Waze?? I don't use facebook, 75% of the world's population does not use facebook at all (and more with every day). Is keeping fb afloat Waze's most important purpose?
Anyway, I don't want facebook friends on Waze, I want Waze friends on Waze and facebook friends on facebook, don't try to mix a driving app with a social network.

Yes, i don't understant why its not possible to add a wazer that i met during a travel without add him on FB... Soooooo boring.

it's so annoying to be required to sing in to facebook when you indeed don't want nor have a facebook account!

Agreed. I don't have a Facebook and only about half my friends do. An FB-only connection is totally lame, so noughties.

Improve wazers communication on the road. Wazers should have the ability to add friends (not in Facebook or others, but wazers-friends). Chat in the client (not only on map, but have private messages). Now I can only receive messages, but can't answer.

It would be a fantastic (and very necessary imho) addition to the Waze interface. Not only that, but adding its own in-house database of drivers gives it an extra private asset that can then be used later without having to go through a 3rd party.

Not everyone has all their contacts in Facebook or wants to connect to all Facebook contacts.

Hello, I would like to be able to make friends with Wazers without having them also be facebook friends. To me they are seperate applications and do not want to mix them. Eg. work aquaintainces who I don't necessarially want to facebook friend them but use Waze. Also I have "real" friends who refuse to use facebook but I want to have them use Waze and friend them that way.
