Display address you're navigating to when you get near your destination
Often times I get close to my destination and I don't remember the exact house number I'm looking for. It would be nice if when Waze prompts that you're nearing your destination, that it would display the address you put in to navigate to so you can look for the house number as you get close to your destination.
Thanks for your feedback. At this time, this doesn't fit on our roadmap, but we'll keep it in mind for future product planning.

I've had this happen to me so many times.. I can't believe that despite putting in a specific address, it doesn't actually SHOW the address at the end of the drive!

Would like the destination address to be displayed on the Waze map.

I would much prefer to see the address rather than the calendar entry name as well. At least give me that option.

This is desperately needed for ride share drivers like Uber and Lyft

- start navigation to a city/place. - during the drive, i want to add specific street or number.
- it will be much easier to add only the number and not rewrite all the address
Thanx!!!!!!!!! -

Yes, this is not a small thing. I've also driven for UBER and Lyft and I *know* the GPS/address pin can be off, sometimes by a lot (but that's a whole other issue).
We ***NEED*** to visually confirm the address when we arrive. How hard is it to display the address number upon arrival?
Please, this is a critical need. We can't always stop or pull over in busy streets to fiddle with app switching just so we know we're in the right place.
That level of distraction can be dangerous....please fix ASAP.

Hello!
Please make a display of house numbers. Displaying house numbers is a very important advantage for competitors.
Thank you! -

Often there are legitimate reasons why you pass a destination intentionally. It could be because you can't find parking directing in front, or there is a traffic issue preventing you from stopping. It could also be construction or an incident when the police wave you past your destination.
In this case, Waze should offer the option of keeping your destination active so you can navigate your way back to where you have to go.
I recommend a quick pop-up allowing you this option. Something like:
"You have passed your destination. Do you wish to keep it active and navigate back to it? YES | NO"
When this happens, users have to scramble to pull-over and reprogram the destination. Adding this feature makes Waze more adaptable to situations which occur when driving in the real world.

I am also over 50 years young and would like the address to get larger if tapped once.

Agreed. It would be helpful to see the address (or hear it repeated after arriving) to match the destination with the address and avoid having to memorize the address. Also would be helpful to say which side of the road where the destination is located. MapQuest offers these options, but would prefer this on Waze.

Please display the destination at all times at the top of the display. Many times when I am driving, I encounter some glitch where I have to do some button pushing. It would be very comforting to know if Waze is still aiming for the right destination after the glitch as a few times it has guided me to a different address and its very frustrating. If the destination is always displayed - it can be smallish text - you would always know if you are on the right track. Cheers.

Especially for favorites or planned routes as it announces your contact name or calendar title rather than the address

This is exactly what I want. I also drive for Uber and have to go back to the Uber app to remind me of the house number

In the current version it displays the address but it is too small to read without stopping paying attention to the road. Other audio help like saying the address and what side of the road it is on, if it is a parking lot entrance, drive way or on street parking (be nice to edit on the map)

Yes! Completely agree with this. This is probably my #1 peeve at the moment. Many of my destination addresses are not regular stops for me. It would be great if I didn't have to look up the address again to see if I am in the correct location!
