Possibility to add road closure on CarPlay
Possibility to mark road closed on apple carplay: ofen in Montreal, Canada we have lots of road closure, not reported on waze, causing wrong direction.

The Carplay and Android Auto interfaces have been lacking critical reporting features for YEARS. There has been no movement on the part of Waze development or Waze Admin to correct this glaring oversight. Since we can't get buttons added to the vehicle screens, you should have the phone screen pop up with all report options instead of saying Waze has to be disconnected.
The current system is extremely unsafe and represents a potential liability to Waze/Google if a user is to crash while trying to make a report in an unsafe manner.

Right now if a road is closed and you can't tell the software, you have no choice but to figure out an alternative route on your own, or disconnect car play and do it on the phone.

Same but when i have a massage location in whatsapp is stuck in search page i can’t do anything unless disconnect my phone from apple CarPlay and do the process and connect again

I was driving the other day when I had a road closure. I went to report it on the map via Apple Car Play, but I didn’t have all of the options available to me that I needed to make the report and had to disconnect my phone from the car and try to futz with that while driving (dangerous). Please give us the same reporting tools for Apple car play as we have just on the regular version of the app. Also would be nicer to have an easier way to report road closures, as it’s pretty buried/hard to find in a pinch. Thanks!

Why can’t the same report options be on CarPlay.
For example if a road is closed you can only report it if you’re on your phone and on the app. I drive mainly by myself and so if a road was shut I wouldn’t be able to report. Or do other certain reports that you can on the app but not on the CarPlay.
