Knowing there is an accident ahead is extremely valuable but when you're sitting in a traffic jam due to the accident, and cannot see the accident, it would be very helpful to know how to start maneuvering to minimize my time. I don't really care about what shoulder a stopped vehicle is in. If I pass an accident now I'll jot a note on the report to let others know behind me.

I'm fully agreeing that the 'both lanes' option should be restored, for all the reasons mentioned here (and some I didn't think of). But just for clarity, it does exist - that is, it wasn't taken away - for reporting police. That's stayed the same.

I'm talking about the ability to report traffic in EITHER DIRECTION. Currently the change reports traffic for BOTH directions ONLY.

The latest update, 4.0.0.3, removed the ability to report traffic on either side of the road. I no longer can rely on traffic reports NOR the routing WAZE gives me. I frequently now see RED roads when MY direction is clear and the other side of the road is not. When WAZE gives me routes that look like they are around traffic I can NO LONGER depend on them to be accurate. When you removed this option to report traffic on either side of the road you trashed the MOST useful function of WAZE. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

It would be nice to know where was the event. I mean, central or right or left in the way.

Under the hazards there should be construction thing telling you your left lane closed right lane closed

Add a feature to indicate what lane an accident occurs in. Related, add a feature to indicate if a lane closure happens, what lane it happened in.

Give us a left or center or right lane option for highway hazards

Pothole>middle/left/right
Object on road>middle/left/right
etc... etc.
Typing this out is not an option when driving

Second this; buttons for corresponding lanes similar to degree of traffic would be helpful.

When will you add the feature to say what lane an accident, debris, blockage, etc. are in?
