Hi Vaso ! Thanks for posting this. In order not to create another request (I've upvoted yours), can you please change the title so that it includes Apple CarPlay as well. Would really really love this feature as it would allow us to have Waze right in front of our eyes when we're driving, instead of having to look at the central screen away from the road.

Latest version of Jaguar Land Rover Pivi Pro enables Android Auto Maps to be mirrored on driver's instrument cluster. Currently works great with Google Maps.

From OS 4.0.0 Release Notes:
The Interactive Driver Display (where fitted) can now display Google Maps when Android Auto is in use or Apple Maps when Apple CarPlay® is in use. Please note: Support for this capability via other navigation apps is subject to the necessary updates being released by their respective developers.

Now no longer available - Android Auto only supports apps that run in split screen mode since the last update. Waze can't currently be added to the launcher.

So I've been not using Waze with my Ford for about a year. It's been locking up on my OnePlus 7 pro but i was hoping that it's because of my phone. I got a pixel 6 and now a pixel 7 but it hasn't worked on over a year with different Ford sync 3. I had a Ford escape 2017 but now I have a 2022 Ford Transit connect. I hear this has been going on for quite a while and I don't have a single issue on any application other than Waze at navigating. I've been using Google maps because Waze has not been working. I submitted my logs, hoping that it helps somehow.

Cannot figure out how to accomplish this as of Android v12 atm?

This is apparently no longer true as of Android V12 Phones. Please correct me if I'm wrong and possibly provide the solution. Ty

Great that Waze is supported, thank you. BUT is it possible to make it possible that ALL WAZE VOICE COMMANDS can be accessible through ANDROID AUTO to WAZE and not google maps? E.g. Hazard reporting voice commands, Police reporting voice commands, etc..

if this is available, how do you find it? It does not show as an available app on the Polestar's integrated Android Auto.

I really depends on Waze and only Waze while driving. Please let us have this feature.

However, it is not possible to report fixed radars on Android auto. Mobile radar only.

Could I write a feedback. I actually prefer that the nav to show on my phone than in my car screen. This is because not all car screen is placed in an eye level. It makes it harder to pay attention on the road when I have to shift my eyes to the car screen. I would suggest the app allows u to pick which screen to display the navigation. This allows flexibility as not all car screens r the best. Please send this feedback to your team. Thanks

Great idea - compliant with hands free and the voice commands could work off the steering controls.

I think today it is pretty well full function on android auto, mine works perfect except for the speed limit should be bigger and on the left side

Waze is now on Android Auto, I use it, but all of the features are not available. Can we get FULL Waze??

Enable the WAZE map on Apple CarPlay. CarPlay defaults to the Apple maps, and myself and hundreds or thousands of others prefer WAZE. Get this app added to CarPlay so we can use it.

I understand that this is available in cars (with an appropriate andoid auto system), but this is still needed on cellular devices.

Work it out guys, it doesn't matter whose fault it is, Apple or Google. Providing this feature would be a massive game changer. I'm very much surprised this isn't at the top of the suggestion box list.
