Show the sleep button on all screens.
It’s too hard to scroll back to sleep- map stays on unless it’s disabled and will drain data and power. Make it easier to turn off.

Distance
When CarPlay is in tiled mode (where it shows what song is playing and Waze only has half the screen) Waze shows me the ETA and the minutes remaining—distance remaining is left off due to the smaller screen real estate. Since I can derive time remaining from the ETA, how about showing distance remaining instead? So instead of:

Add an option to share a drive from the CarPlay screen when using Apple CarPlay without having to open the waze on your phone.

Allow me to save custom incidents so that I can just quickly choose them.

Allow me to save custom reports that I can select by selecting a custom saved icon to do the report. I could save in the main report screen without out having to make 5 choices to report the same report type of vehicle stopped side of road3 votes -

when reporting a vehicle on the side of the road, if the "vehicle stopped" icon were on the second screen and not buried, would be safer. 5 user inputs vs. a possible 3 - less time looking away from the road and at the map/device

Future turns display
It could be beneficial to have future turns displayed on the screen. Sometimes there would be a right turn shortly after a left turn and it causes me to miss my turn just because I wasn’t aware of the follow-up turn. Having a few future turns displayed would be useful for drivers navigating in smaller roads where there could be many turns.

Seen as Waze Newbie on new device, even though I am Waze Royalty!
Installing Waze on my new device knows I am Waze Royalty, but refuses to let me change my mood character even after 100+ miles.
The mood screen is quite annoyingly in conflict with other Waze screens.

checking for new routes easier with button on map screen. Long routes need driver to manually check for new route.
For long commutes the traffic changes and the app won't update with a new route. I check for a new route 4-5 time during my morning commute as traffic changes, but the app lags calculating change for commutes to work.

Media controls for carplay
With Carplay and cars that do not have touch screens (or media controls on dashboard - like Mercedes C and GLC class) there is no way to control media playing now. So a podcast, or apple music, google music - whatever may be playing in the background, just keeps going. To control it, one has to switch apps and in many cases, the app is not available for carplay so you cannot even do that. Could you add skip forward, skip back and pause to Waze to control the currently playing carplay sub-app? Would be HUGE.

Including the allowed speed in the vocal warning for speed camera's or trajectory control woud be a great feature.
Also a bigger actual speed and allowed speed indicator, one at the left and the other one at the right bottom of the screen woud increase usability.

CarPlay display on iPad / iPad mini > safety
You have already developed a much more readable display for use on CarPlay. It would be very helpful if this was an optional mode on iPad's / iPad mini's. I think it would address the multiple requests for larger fonts etc without a lot of new development work.
I was very disappointed to discover that even though the screen is larger on a iPad or iPad mini than my phone the display uses smaller harder to read text. Considering the entire purpose of the app is to be used while driving I can't understand why you are not working to…

Speed Bump Permanent Hazard Notifications Persistence
The notifications for speed bump style permanent hazards should not stay on screen, once the driver has already driven past it. It does not add any meaningful information to the drive and only acts as a distraction or blocks part of the screen.

When my phone is in landscape mode the compass button is partially over the report button, and the "Where too?" Search bar is taking up most of the screen

Nicki Minaj voice on waze
Just as you have Jennifer Hudson voice you should have Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Billie Eilish, post malone, just a few I think that I wouldn't mind riding to and some diffrent vehicles also a minimized popup screen like Google would be great as well it's just a few things would make me totally leave Google plus a direction to where the arrived destination is it just leaves you in the middle of the street to look for which side the property is on.

Waze in Android auto new version not showng full screen
Hello
I use waze a lot with android auto.
In the latest Android auto they add new feature with two widget below the waze navigation window. It is impossible to remove it with waze. On the other hand with google maps it works ok and when you duble press the google maps logo it remove the widgets. It will be nice if you update waze for android auto. Thanks1 vote
