Connecting Lighthouse on Highway

Give an easier way to contact Waze!
My drive info isn't being populated and I can't contact anybody for help. it's been a week now and nothing is appearing. I need to info for exact mileage info.
I'm not happy that help just takes me around in circles and nobody is answering my query on the forum either. It's quite shocking that there is no level of support available.

Allow access to Android Connect
My car has Android Connect and it only uses Google for driving directions. I really like Waze and would love to see it available on Android Connect.

Over the last 2 weeks (>15 days) I have driven more than 2000 km, but I have not received any points for these distances. What could I do. I
Over the last 2 weeks (>15 days) I have driven more than 2000 km, but I have not received any points for these distances. What could I do. It says that I should wait for 7 days, but I have now waited more than 2x that time and still no points.
Posting here since there is no way to contact support except here.
What is the problem??

Only place I could find to ask for help. I got new phone, and accidentally started a new acct with the same phone #. Now won't load either
I need help! I got a new phone and when I went to Waze app, I tried to log in, but created a new acct instead with the same phone number. Now it won't load either account. A suggestion would be to have somewhere to get technical support. The forums are a jumble of info.

Set option to change between BT and phone speaker in settings during navigation
there is no option to change sound output between phone speaker or Bluetooth during navigation

Option to force Waze to use the word Exit instead of Keep
If https://waze.uservoice.com/forums/59223-waze-suggestion-box/suggestions/15665313-waze-s-definition-of-keep-is-wrong is rejected, please add an option to make the application replace "Keep" with "Exit."

Waze's definition of Keep is wrong.
Keep "Left/Right" should be reserved for navigation required to remain on the major road you are on. It is the opposite of "Exit" or "Turn" where Exit means to use a dedicated road to go to another road and Turn means to go directly from one road to another without any dedicated segments to join the two.
Stay is used to help guide the driver to the correct side of the road before exiting or turning.1 vote -
Dont go there
Let my choose road or junctions that I don't want to drive thru. If a lot of people will use it the authorities could use the information and plan the roads better.

Calculate speed of travel adjusted for vehicles turning around
This morning I was caught in a traffic jam in which we traveled 1 mile in 24 minutes. The app was showing travel speed for the area of 8-12 mph at the time because of the number of vehicles exiting the traffic jam to turn around or cutting out of the traffic through side streets. This causes inaccuracy in the eta and may have resulted in routes 'b' or 'c' being faster. While travelling, the passenger vehicle driver needs alerts on his/her mobile and also on FM radio, This can be made possible by tapping the mobile numbers of the drives when they start travelling. As soon the vehicle engine is started, via blue tooth the driver mobile numbers should get integrated with the passenger vehicle GPS system. This will enable drivers to get automatic alerts w.r.t to traffic jams, accidents etc. The radius of the alerts should be sent to vehicles which are in the radius of 1-2 miles.
