Limit number of reports that can be dropped in a small area
This morning a Wazer dropped 17 reports in a parking lot. This is really uncalled for. The number of reports should be limited to X number of reports to X number of feet/km. It is OK if it is coming from multiple users, for instance an accident or closure on a highway. But one user should not be able to drop that many reports in one small area. This was limited to a small parking lot where this happened.

Wazers should be limited to X reports within a very small distance. I have seen up to 8 reports in the exact same spot. Typically this type of Wazer never responds with any info at all.
Additionally, Wazers should be rated on their response rate. If Wazer A submits 10 reports and all are eventually "fixed" they should get points. Wazer B who submits 10 reports with most being closed as "not identified" because they never responded should lose points.

I'm certainly in support of some limitation within a certain distance. It would be nice that if said user reached the limitation that it would point them to the forum or the local Region in Discord.
I say this because we have a couple of users that report several reports while they're at home with detailed in of as to what the issue is. (Invites to join Discord have not been fulfilled)We don't want to handicap folks that are actually helping.

I agree that the limit should be put on an Rank 1 (R1) I had another one happen last night and I believe it was in the same place that encouraged me to start this suggestion. They dropped 14 at a car wash.

Sounds like a good idea to me - I have dealt with users dropping 4 or 5 in the same area, with no explanation, and if they do respond to a request for info, you get some BS response like "this is wrong." I also like the one suggestion from kyhtak about allowing higher-rank editors to post more.

People used to have a lot of URs dropping the SLs when that started. Now it would be LG,
But for users that are only Rank 1 there should be a limit -

This is a good idea . . . until it bites an editor who has a legitimate reason to drop a bunch of UR's in a small area, and is really frustrated by the lack of ability to do so. Maybe waive the limit for editors above a certain rank?
Right off hand, I can't think of what that reason would be, but it's sure to pop sooner or later.

2 or 3 at most within a 500 meter stretch should be sufficient, IMO
