Acceptance of adding a road closure without the need to manually specify the "event"
I often handle the addition and removal of road closures via phone, but when I enter the dates, I am required to specify the type of event for it to be accepted. I believe it would be better to make the option more seamless, so that if "Add" is clicked, the road closure is added. If there is an event, I will certainly add it, but there’s no need to force me to select the "None" option just to proceed with the addition.

so we can see how many of our wme profiles have been viewed by users
thank you

House Number (HN) Mode recenters map
When hitting H to enter HN editing mode, the map is recentered and zoomed on the selected segment. There should not be any zoom or centering change if the current zoom level allows for HN editing.

Add keyboard shortcuts for setting a voice prompt override when a turn is selected
Please allow setting the turn override with a keyboard shortcut, when the turn popup is shown.
Define a set of shortcuts for all possible values (or at least for the main common ones, continue, turn left, turn right, u-turn)
You can show them on the dropdown, so that people know what key to use.
Example: https://ibb.co/hHZsXtMThis would save a lot of clicks (and would more likely prevent mistakes of setting the opposite direction) in particular when setting them over roundabouts.

Alternative house number
Often the house numbers are not exactly in order. As, for example, there was an update in the street number and some houses remain in the old number. Or even, the same street has the same number in different neighborhoods.
With this, Waze could allow alternative numbers which are house numbers that are not following the "correct" numerical order. Still, it could allow putting letters in the numbering, like "505 A", "505 B"...10 votes -
Stop automatic editing over all recordings
About two months ago a change was made so that every recorded segment is automatically edited by a bot (admin). It is suggested to cancel this change. This will make it easier to recognize a recoding, especially when scripts are used which make it difficult to notice the segment's color. A recording was previously recognized by having just a "created" line and without an "edited" line. We now cannot be sure whether the segment was edited between its creation and the admin edit, and we have to open the segment history or stop the scripts which color the segments.

Parking blue zone
In the Netherlands, but also in other countries, there are parking spaces that you can use for a certain period of time (eg for a maximum time). Blue zone parking spaces. I would like to have an option for this in WME so that it can be checked.
If more information is needed, please let me know.

Clear direction cache when WME edits are made
Often when WME edits are made affecting routing to an address, the Wazer still gets the same incorrect routing because the old data is cached. Then editors get another UR because the Wazer thinks the changes were never made, and we have to explain how to clear the incorrect data from the cache. That can be a problem for those who are technologically-challenged. Not to mention time-consuming for editors who have to walk them through it, sometimes exchanging multiple messages with the Wazer. Can Wazedev find a way to automatically clear incorrect data from the cache when edits have been…

Turning prohibitions in real time (like RTC)
Turning prohibitions are very common, especially in construction sites

External providers: Also suggest places marked as permanently closed (with a proper mark)
WME uses Google Maps as the external provider in Israel and doesn't suggest places marked in Google as permanently closed. Meanwhile, showing that the place is marked as closed in Google would hint that the place needs additional checking and possibly should be removed from the Waze map.

Allow Editors to Set Functional Status of EV Charging Stations
When mapping EVCS, I've noticed that there are comment sections on charging stations like PlugShare that allow users to share their experience using the stations, specifically if it's working or not. Would like to propose that apart from the comments, we can add in a functionality for editors to set the status of these charging stations based on user reports or own knowledge. As a result, users can see clearly the status of each charging station even before they navigate to the charging station, saving frustration when the station is unserviceable. Users should also be given the option to either…

Detour routes
We need the ability to add detour routes (paths) that can be added and removed in real time and/or scheduled to use in conjunction with closures. Often when local authorities announce closures, the also specify preferred detour routes.

It would be helpful to know if a cross street has a traffic light when gauging how to look for your cross street to turn
It would be helpful to have an indicator for traffic light at an intersection when looking ahead to gauge when to turn

Allow editing geometry of segments with permanent hazards (PHs)
Currently, if a segment has a PH, it automatically becomes non-editable by lower level editors, even if they would normally be able to edit a given segment, had there been no PH on that segment. This prevents an editor from continuing, and requires intervention from a senior level editor.
The only way around it, is to remove the entire segment with a PH and add it again, in order to continue fixing geometries. However, there is a big downside to this approach, that it also removes added HNs.
One could isolate the PH, by sub-dividing the segment into three segments,…

Cropping tool for attached images
While adding images from the editor is a bad idea, it could be useful to have the ability to crop images. This could allow generally good image to be improved and kept instead of removed.

Description field for road closures
You want to pass on information about a road closure to other editors so that they can see why a closure was entered. A description field for internal information would be great, as with restrictions. At the moment you have to share the information, for example, through an extra map comment.

Improve the format of unlock request titles
Including the current lock level of the segment allows editors to see at a glance if they are a high enough rank to address the request, and adding the name of the segment helps differentiate between multiple requests from the same editor in the same city. I would recommend this format:
Level 4 unlock in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Main St)
If the segment doesn't have a city name, there shouldn't be a comma before the state:
Level 4 unlock in Manitoba (Hwy 9)
If the segment doesn't have a street name, the parentheses should be omitted:
Level 4 unlock in Winnipeg,…9 votes -
Highlight node closures
It would be good if there can be a marking of closures if they contain junction node closures. If there are multiple closures on segments (daily from 7-15 for 4 weeks, for example), and you want to change the node closures, it's not possible to determine which have it and which don't without going into the closure. If you then go back out, you return to the top of the list of closures, so it's tedious to keep track where you were.
