   When editor solve UR, the notification should be sent to the user after the map updated!!! And also ask the user to "refresh map area"
   This make user more trust in the app

   When the editor solve the problem, the user will notify that the problem solved (after the map tiles updated) and he can trust in Waze and drive again with confidence
