Please note we're changing the status of this suggestion to Not right now, since we finalized our plans for 2024 and this idea won't be implemented this year.

As an editor, I'll agree. However, the default should be provide the pop up and it should be hard to disable and not obvious that it's an option on the pop up itself. Otherwise I worry we will get less responses from reporters than we already do.
