Please add rail traffic at grade crossings. Connected to USDOT FRA or community.
Data should be included either from the community or Federal Railroad Administration on wait times on rail road crossings.
Also if Bridge\ship traffic impedes auto traffic it should be displayed.

Instructions panel on Android Car mode
When you are on navigation from your car (Android Car connexion), the panel for display instructions hide left part of the map. It's possible add an option for set transparancy ?

Return to the continuous solid blue line
A recent upgrade has introduced a white arrow at junctions. It has made it harder to see where to go with just a glance at the screen. Sometimes the road after the turn is only a tiny bit of blue on the edge of the screen, so you need you need to look longer to see where Waze is taking you. It's particularly bad in poor light. Taking your eyes of the road for longer is not good for safety.
The white arrow adds nothing, please return to the clarity of the continuous solid blue line.

Change the "watch out" alert.
I think it would be beneficial to change the way Waze gives alerts. The automated voice says "Watch out" and it's for a vehicle on the shoulder like 2 miles a head of you, or for a cop or something in the middle of the freeway. When Waze alerts about these issues, it always makes my heart drop. Imagine you are on the rode at night and your passenger, says "WATCH OUT" very loud, it would frighten anyone, and the last person you want to be scared is the driver. Maybe something less urgent, for non urgent alerts, like "alert"…

please add feature that users can identify gas sations that have gas for florida hurricane zones and other states
I want waze to add a feature to help drivers find gas stations that have gas . have users who find gas identify stations that have gas similar to low traffic med traffic and heavy traffic feature. this will be very helpfull in florida in hurricane zones. Also for extra points have drivers park at gas station and ask if they have a backup generator for after storm power outages Waze will be able to identify those sations who will be open after a storm even when power outage due to backup power .

GPS physical waze to leave in the car
I would like to give you an idea, why there is no gps waze, I have on my bike x play the app and it does not work anymore, it does not find the gps signal, it's really missing, could have a physical waze gps, I would buy certainly. get the idea! hug

Waze for the handicapped
I think it would be extremely beneficial for Waze to expand its horizons to help handicapped people find accessible routes to make their commute easier. Even seemingly mundane tasks become arduous given that every navigation system is catered toward visibly able individuals. Maybe partner up with the commuters themselves and create these routes! Google maps should install this feature, pronto.

Search Content
When performing a search for say a general business name such as "Walmart", allow for travel time to be displayed with the search results. It currently seems to only support distance when trying to find locations of a business.
The closest location is not always the fastest. Many factors such as accessibility, traffic, speed limit can make a closer location take much longer to get to. Please allow for current travel time for those who would drive a little further if it can save time.

Support of Unicode 10.0 to display emoticons on live/app maps (eg airports, parking lots, ...) such as edited in WME.

TAKE OUT POLICE REPORTED AHEAD.
Police reports makes the drivers alert at that short particular moment. Especially those inconsiderate drivers who drives near the divider fast and cut in to the other lane opposite to what they used to speed forward. This MAKES THE JAM WORSE! INCONSIDERATE DRIVERS SHOULD BE PUNISHED SO THAT THEY LEARN.

Planned drives added to history
I would love it if my planned drives could be added to my driving history. Once the planned drive is complete, there is no record of it in my driving history. I have to input the address all over agin instead of being able to click on it from my history.

Flagged Place reject reason
It would great if you could communicate with Flagged place request to tell the Waser why their update request is being denied or feed back to educate the Wazer. I keep getting flagged Places because the gas price is wrong. Wish I had a way to educate the user on how to update the price.

Friendliness Points
Currently we get points for driving and map report items. I think it would be great to make point categories. A category for driving points, map report points, and a friendless point category. You earn points by thanking people who report map items. And with the new option asking for help, the person can award the good samaritan with friendliness points. Also perhaps a way for the person whom asked for help can see beforehand how “friendly “ their helper is.

Irish dialect voice
Defects in machines speech can often be obscured by the machine speaking in a different dialect you speak. Irish are romanticized by Americans and this will be very popular Stateside.
