Ability to edit the text-to-voice pronounciations
While navigating, text-to-voice feature often pronounces abbreviations literally - eg 'univ' as 'univ', not 'university'. It also pronounces 'Ave' like 'wave' not the long 'a' in 'Avenue'
Can map editors fix individual signs and navigation cues?
(I'm a level 1 editor - so maybe this something that senior editors have access to)

Taxi meter
I would be happy if you can integrate in your application one ficher of a taxi meter. You have the date time and distance only thing you need to add is the beginning of the meter by the country and Day & Night. I use taxis a lot, and I would love to know what the price of the trip before I go in a taxi, especially abroad.

Don't limit the number of reports that can be submitted, limit the points given instead. Better to have more current info avail for drivers.
Today I exceeded my limit for the number of reports I could submit. I was not aware there was a limit, but this happened just as I was trying to report an accident on the freeway. I am on the roads early each morning and would think the more info submitted for the rush hour the better. Instead of limiting how many reports can be submitted, if abuse is a concern, why not just limit the points that can be earned from submitting points within a certain amount of time. Waze app for Adroid 7
I recently replaced my Android 4.2 phone with a new Android 7 (Nougat) phone and to my dissappointment that there is not a Waze app available for my phone. Waze is such a useful navigation tool, now I have use a second rate nav aid.

Scan traffic while we sleep
The option to punch in how long it takes you to get ready.
Example, I take 12 minutes from the time I wake up to the time I'm leaving my house.
Waze scans the traffic for you while you're sleeping and will wake you up with an alarm if traffic is heavy and you should leave earlier than usual.

Don't default to "default" when another selection is made
It's nice that you default to "home" in the morning and "work" in the evening, but when another destination is selected from history as the default displays, the default takes precedence. Requires re-selecting the desired destination. If another destination is selected while the default displays, use the selection not the default.

I do not like the new sleep feature! I want to be able to turn waze OFF! Please switch it back
I like the old feature allowing us to turn waze off when we get to our destination, not the sleep mode. Can you please put back the option to turn off waze

Create tours by driving a route and saving it and then be able to email it to family and friends.
By creating and saving tours that you can email or replay you can send them to family, friends, or business associates and have them tour a location or route to show them the best the area has to offer. Realtors could use it to show homes and neighborhoods to prospective buyers.

גם שהמשטרה אינה קיימת פיזית בדרכים ניתן להוסיף אייקון שלה על מנת להתריע בפני נהגים לנהוג בזהירות יתרה, לחגור חגורה, להאמין כי יש אכיפה ולא לנהוג תחת השפעת אלכוהול. אני סמוכה ובטוחה שכל נהג שלפניו יקפוץ במסך כי משטרה לפניו (גם אם פיזית היא לא נמצאת שם) הוא יעשה את כל המאמצים לנהוג בזהירות ובכך ניתן למגר את תאונות הדרכים.

INCREASE size of the Exit number while driving on highways, etc.
on the screen the size of font of EXIT is way too small.

Slow, buggy speech when using Bluetooth/Hands Free
Waze's speech while using bluetooth is filled with long awkward pauses. Often, the speech is unable to complete saying the direction before the next speech event needs to occur. The pauses between speech events are excessively long. This problem only manifests itself when connected to bluetooth audio.
Additionally, the speech is routed through "media player audio" instead of a voice command specific audio event. This means that the vehicle itself must be set to bluetooth audio music streaming rather than listening to the radio. Since the events turn on/off, the bluetooth media option is often unavailable and cannot be activated.
