Once you have your itinerary, shortcuts to change to the fastest way, shorter and/or cheapest
So, when you are already driving, it is not that easy to select another road, what if we have a "shortcut" to change to the fastest, shortest or cheapest ?

i have a friend that have better way to preceed in the traffic jam. You may contact him to improve some questions about the GPS route.
We are in Brazil, and he could help a lot with new routes in our country,

Prevent drivers from falling asleep
If drivers feel they may start dozing, there should be an application they can start that, for example, will ask them trivia questions and expect and audio response. If there is no audio from the driver then the phone should make an alarm sound to make sure that the driver is awake. If this is integrated into waze then people are more likely to use it.

Tab/report when a gas station is weather roadside or have to get out of it.
When you're driving and look for a gas station sometimes you have to get out of the higway. just report about it.

Lag Timer
Have a lag time that would show the last time a Waze member traveled past the same route as you. This would let the Driver always know how current the information is.

כשהרכב מתחיל לנוע- האפליקציה נועלת את היכולת להקליד. אין אפשרות לשלוח הודעות כתובות בשום מדיה, לא להקליד כתובת בוויז- כלום. כל הלקדה מחייבת עצירה של הרכב.

Delete account Button
since WAZE won't support Windows Phone anymore, a Delete account Button would be great so, all users may delete their accounts until google decide to respect the public that they acquired with acquisition of this company

In Brazil we have a lot of people that take bus too early to get in their jobs.
In Brazil we have a lot of people that take bus too early to get in their jobs. Sometimes it happens 5am, 6am, to arrive in the office at 7am or 8 am. So a lot of people take the transit time to sleep. The idea is, to keep the waze working, and when you pass by a pre defined point, it vibrates to help you wake up. So it minimize the chance to lost your arrival point, and the users can sleep very calm.

4th sound option: only say things once.
add a 4th sound option for when i do want audible navigation, but don't want anna (that's what i named her) telling me the same thing over and over the closer i get. i only need to hear it once. maybe just at the half-mile mark?
this gets especially annoying when the prompt is, like, 30 words long, and is repeated several times, consecutively, because i'm driving at highway speeds, and go from 1 mile, to a ½ mile, to 500 feet, etc., with her prompting me before she's even done with the previous prompt.

Add feature for work schedule to predict traffic earlier for people doing shift work, with lockscreen notifications when waking up.
Add feature for work schedule to predict traffic earlier for people doing shift work. So when I wake up i can receive notifications, how long it will take to travel, therefore managing time more efficiently.

IPhone
I would like a button to push on the navigate screen that would stop all notifications. I don't want a text or newsflash to break through while Waze is navigating me somewhere. It's dangerous. By the way: I LOVE Waze!
