Police warning should be Speed dependant
Police warnings should be either speed or road type dependant. There is no point warning me about police speed trap 200 yards ahead when their optical devices can see about one mile. I think if this was added it would be perfect app.

User location at search result map
Now when I click at map to see search results around me I don't see MY location on it.

Una cosa molto interessante da implementare sarebbe quella di poter scegliere, all'inizio della navigazione, senza dover entrare nelle impostazioni, se utilizzare strade a pedaggio oppure no e se utilizzare il percorso più breve o più veloce. Il tomtom di un po di anni fa aveva questa funzione e la trovavo comodissima. All'avvio della navigazione due domande semplici: "il tuo percorso prevede strada con pedaggi, vuoi utilizzare strade a pedaggio: (SI) - (NO)", "Preferisci pianificare il tuo percorso: (PIÙ BREVE) - (PIÙ VELOCE)". È l'unica cosa che rimpiango molto del Tomtom.

Como sugerencia sería mejor que en lugar de informar Dónde se encuentran los policías deberían de advertir a la ciudadanía en qué parte están asaltando los ladrones.

Change your password rules! Asking for a minimum of 8 characters, numbers and special characters is STUPID!!!! You are not a bank!!!
relax your password rules. If people want to use 20 characters and weird symbols lets them. BUT i dont see any reason why I would need a complex password for this type of app.

Não é possível criar avisos de operações de fiscalização de transito por Radar Móvel. Sugiro a possibilidade de criar o aviso, o qual duraria um tempo determinado.

Don't allow Wazers that aren't actually moving click on the "not there" button for police reported. Cops are just clicking "not there."
I was informed by a police officer that they use Waze too, and just click the "not there" button as they sit there and clock drivers. If your vehicle isn't in motion, that icon should not be available, or some other idea to beat that. Thanks.

Get german gas prices from the "Markttransparenzzentrale"
In Germany gas stations are required to instantly upload changed prices to an authority called Markttransparenzzentrale, which provides an API for apps to get them and show the user current prices. It would be great if Waze could use this information instead of the almost always heavily outdated and useless user reports.

Directions alert
The “audio alert” given by the program proves to be very punctual when travelling in town or small villages, as the alerts are given with sufficient anticipation.
Instead I believe the alerting system become less effective on highways or expressways, where the speed of the vehicle is much higher and the driver’s reaction to further maneuvers is evidently reduced. There is in fact no “preliminary” alert of the subsequent step to be taken, such as “You exit will be at 1000 meters”; this preliminary alert would give, in my opinion, a sort of range of the “distance” for the future…7 votes -
More accurate "share your drive" with your Wazer friends
More accurate "share your drive" with your Wazer friends, please. At the moment it will update my location on map approx. every 2-3min but i would really like to see almost a real time location on map.
If you share your drive with non-wazer and he/she watch your journey via browser, it looks way better because my Waze figure moves on the map all the time. I assume this location is estimation based on travel time but it's still way better than figure which doesn't move at all or moves point to point every now and then.

Police Zones
Every time you drive on the highway, there are always spots where cops will hide out. Most people will slow down near no u-turn areas because they know of cops hiding there. When somebody makes a report of a cop in an area multiple times, zones or blue circles should be lightly covered on the map and fade over time. These zones will let users know "hey cops like this area a lot" or "ok cops do camp out over here just not recently". I think zoning is an easy thing to add and it helps people slow down in…

Assistance information for vehicles on shoulder
It would be nice to know what a vehicle stopped on the shoulder might need if they need assistance. It's dangerous to try and back up down the shoulder after passing a stopped vehicle and noticing that they are struggling to change a tire or need some water or gas.
It would be great if a stopped vehicle could post "need help changing tire" or "out of gas". To get that information ahead of time would allow the ability to make a decision about whether to stop or not and to be able to do so safely.7 votes -
Is it possible for the address to appear when I reach the location instead of the name from the calendar?
I would prefer the address to be displayed upon arrival instead of the name fro my calendar.

Connect Waze and Yelp!
Connect Yelp! and Waze so when you are on a road trip and need something to eat (or anything on Yelp!) the suggestions are only in front of you, on your route, instead of behind you.

Delete planned drive
Make it possible to delete planned drives from Waze that are automatically synced from your calendar of from Facebook. I don't need reminders on when to leave for some events.

automatic pot holes detection
At our university we have developed Android app which automaticaly analyses data from accelerometer and detects pot holes and road problems. We mark them to the map so the drivers are informed about a road problem ahead of them. See the app in PLAY store - bit.ly/1RCLM3P

Report button visible on touch
I've noticed the beginnings of screen burn-in on my 2 month old GS7. There is a ghostly action button in the bottom right of my screen visible. Could you please consider making the action button visible on touch, same as the map controls. This would greatly reduce the opportunity for this burn - in to occur.

I think it's self explanatory. Since the inception of consumer grade GPS, I have held that Bobcat Goldthwait would be the best navigation voice. You have the power....but do you have the cojones?

Give us a target speed in traffic jams to help Waze users optimize average throughput
I recently read this article: http://www.bbc.com/autos/story/20160428-how-ai-will-solve-traffic-part-one
It talks about how going slower and keeping more space between your car and other cars can actually improve the flow of traffic when it's all jammed up. It also explains how autonomous cars will make this work much better, but also indicates that we can help improve things now by changing our driving behavior.
The article also explains how the highway patrol sometimes sends cars through traffic jams on the highway to break it up and re-channelize it.
