Allow push notifications for people surrounding a temporary road closure to know about temporary parking violations and planned road closure
For someone like me that only checks my mail 1-2 times a week, receiving a paper notification of a road closure or temporary parking violations may not always work.

Rally navigator voice
What if we could enjoy a navigator voice with similar indications like a real RALLY navigator (co-driver), obviously much more simplified and reduced to our daily drive capabilities, cars and routes! Something like
"Right 5 over crest, Left 3 don't cut, 100 Right 1 tidy into Left 2, 300, left 2 over kick into right 3 tightens." eheh

Recalulate Route Button / Bird's Eye Route / I'm On This Route Button
Seems like there are lots of these that get one or two votes and die the way of the dodo just like I will assume this suggestion will do. Although the idea behind Waze is social-traffic guidance it doesn't do the commuter a lot of good when they are in route on a multi-lane interstate in the middle of rush hour(s).
We all give permission for Google/Waze/everyone to know our location so use that information to know that we are on the route and recalculate the traffic speeds based on our movement and feedback on our phones.

automatic accident
If your car comes to a sudden halt or veers off course dramatically and unexpectedly, have waze pop up with a message asking if you have been in a accident. The message must stay for 5 seconds, and if you do not cancel it or press the "NO" button, it automatically alerts a nominated friend and sends them the last known location

The salesman algorithm
you enter than one more destination , then waze find the shortest path between all these destinations , exactly such as the salesman algorithm , this will be useful for many companies such as fedex , salesman , and other people that use this daily such as going to bank,post,supermarket so it finds for you the shortest path.

No shutdown when screen off
Hello,
I read that waze automaticatly shutdown itselves if it detects it is used in background
However this could be helpfull if we can set "on" or "off" this option. For exemple, with my phone I prefer to shutdown the screen to save the battery (I toggle the screen on when I want to see or inform about something) . But by this way waze shutdown itself
May it be possible to make it as an option in a futher version ?

Use a friends live gps signal as destination
You can Share you Destination with a Friend if you connect by Facebook.
But what if you want to see where he stopped, like a gas station or something. or he decides to drive somewhere different.
It would be nice to choose your friend as a destination so when the friends phone updates its location that is the new destination for yourself. This idea needs refining i guess. But basically so you can follow your friend if you drive together, to not lose the other one! or the group!

Choose time of reports before calculates the route
The ability to choose what old time has to be a report to be considered in my route. For example, if anyone has reported that last hour was traffic on a road, it is not said that there is even now, indeed probably there is not traffic now and so it is not necessary to calculate an alternate route. So it would be useful to have a possibility to set a parameter that filters on what must be a recent report so to be considered eg. in the last 30 minutes, in the last 15 minutes.

Waze maps to closest street instead of named street
I have noticed a few times lately that Waze seems to map the directions to the closest street to the gps point of the address, which is not always the same as the street the address is on. This means, for instance, that where there are houses which are set back from the street, Waze often maps to a neighboring street instead of the correct street, because it's closer to the marker.

Histórico de tempo real de viagem

Sugiro uma melhoria ao aplicativo: poderia ser possível visualizar o tempo das últimas viagens (histórico) em relação ao estimado pelo aplicativo (origem, destino, percurso utilizado, tempo gasto, tempo previsto) para que o usuário possa avaliar o seu tempo real de percurso

I suggest an improvement for the app: it would be possible to check the real time of the routes done compared to the estimated time from the app (origin, target, route used, time done, time predicted) for the user evaluate the real time of the route.

Widget for accidents or hazards
When it shows a hazard or accident , make that a widget that you slide to the left for "not there" or to the right for "thumbs up", it'll be much easier, thanks for reading!

Ability to self identify as a slow moving moving vehicle or runner.
This feature would allow one to self identify as a slow moving object updating one's position as necessary (every .2 miles?), alerting approaching vehicles. This would allow a runner or a horse rider or road working crew to alert drivers to be alert as the approach. Perhaps with "hazard" lights on the main screen so the user knows they activated this feature. The feature would self disable above 25 mph. And perhaps reactivate below 25 mph unless disabled.
