Important ideas
I’ve been using Waze for several years now and do a lot of miles with it. There are a few things that could be added to make it even better. First, I would love to see Jeremy Clarkson as a Waze voice, that would be hilarious and highly popular. Second, I know that Uber drivers’ satnav can tell them when the traffic lights are about to change. Having this feature on Waze would be great as nothing else would have it. Third, I am also a delivery driver and am forced to use google maps for navigation as Waze does…

NO APLICATVO DA 99 TEM ESTA OPÇÃO QUE MOSTRA PARA O MOTORISTA QUANDO O APLICATIVO ABRE OU FECHA, SE JA TEM A OPÇÃO DE ROTAS PARA FUIGIR DO RODIZIO, POR QUE VCS NÃO COLOCA NO APLICATIVO ESTA OPÇÃO ESTOU CANSADO DE TOMAR MULTA POR FAROL VERMELHO. ACHO QUE ATÉ UM ESTAGIARIO DE TI DESENVOLVE ISSO.

Report manu for car owners
Okay so i belive all of us wants to help others keep their car as safe as possible, like for instance their headlight in not on at night, or they have a smoke from their car.
So like people will get assigned ownership for their car in waze, and people can look up their number plate and report in a quick menu for problems.2 votes -

When Searching for "FUEL", add [Nearest] or [Along Route] selector/modifier.
Not only is this needed, but it also needs good UX to make what's happening clear.
In the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of situations, I want the CLOSEST gas station AHEAD (or on my current) route. It could be something as easy as a modal popup that says [BUTTON] in brackets:
[Shortest Distance] or [Nearest Ahead]
Where [Shortest] = "oh my .... I'm on fumes and need fuel NOW"
And
[Nearest Ahead] just does a quick check of your current route, a little balancing to find the shortest route with a 10-minute "lookahead" and presents the user with a list that INCLUDES:…

Have a “favorites” section to store names with their addresses so we don’t have to look up the address every time. .
Have a “favorites” section where we can store names with their address to keep from having to add the address every time. I like using Waze even if I know where I’m going because my way may not be the fastest way that day.

List Routes that avoid freeways as an regular option especially if it faster
There should an automatic option for routes to at avoids freeways as the ones that use highways/ freeways. Sometimes due to traffic, the route that avoid freeways is the faster route. Currently in order to request that I have to click avoids and the again click on other option to pick avoid freeways. Ideal would be an automatic route that notes ( avoids freeways). If you are unable to have that option pop up as one of the route options ( which other GPS sites offer) then at least place the option to Avoid freeways in the first box that…

Finding the nearest safe place to stop
Please add a feature that allows the user to find the nearest safe place to stop. Sometimes you need to make an emergency stop but prefer to keep driving a few minutes if there is a safer place to stop, like a gas station or a wide safety margin. Finding a safer place to stop could save a life.

When reporting anything on the road, cops, accident, construction a header should pop up asling how far back (ie my loction, 150m,300m, 600m
There should be some form of a header that pops up as you're reporting a cop. For example that lets you select how far back from your current location. Same goes for any report you're making on the road. The last heading that pops up should be how far back. Just like the last heading when you report a cop is visible hidden other side of the road.
