Registration plate recognition and automatic tagging of police vehicles
Due to the proliferation of unmarked police cars and unmarked mobile speed cameras (parked cars) with no warning signs, it is now necessary to take it one step further and use the video feed from dash cams (both front and rear) and character recognition to automatically tag a police vehicle by its registration plate (after that registration plate has been manually tagged). If a user is travelling with that vehicle, the vehicle's location would be updated live. Once that user breaks away from the police vehicle, the location would then be picked up and updated live by other Waze users…

There is no help about icons shown on the map. No description or anything, so how can I know what it means?

לאחרונה סיימתי קורס מגיש עזרה ראשונה במד"א, בו נאמר לנו שדבר ראשון כשיש ארוע ומתקשרים למדא יש לתאר במדוייק איפה אנחנו נמצאים. מאחר ולא תמיד אנחנו יודעים במדוייק את המיקום או שאנחנו כבר באמצע להגיש עזרה ראשונה, חשבתי שמאוד יעזור אם יהיה פיצ'ר בווייז שממנו אפשר יהיה לחייג באופן ישיר למד"א ושם יקבלו את המיקום המדוייק שלנו.

audible tone no longer speeding
I really like the tone for when you go over the speed limit. Can you add a tone for when you are no longer speeding? Or have a user select repeat of the speeding tone?

Big truck on side of the road.
Hello, would you consider: an option for "Big Truck" stopped on the shoulder? As someone who drives a commercial motor vehicle over a 130,000 miles a year, I can tell you that the majority of cars on the shoulder are abandoned whereas the majority of big trucks on the shoulder are broken down and or getting service at the time and there's usually a human being somewhere walking in and out of the highway at the truck is being repaired. Compatibility with iOS 10.3.3
My old iPhone with iOS 10.3.3 still work very well.
My only problem is that Waze is no more running on it since december, i guess it's because of an automatic update to Waze version 4.69 which requires now iOS 11+.
Suggestion : either let version 4.68 available for download (without latest updates if course, running "as it is"), or let Waze versions 4.69+ run with iOS 10.3.3 (without specific maintenance on this old iOS of course).

Waze does not connect with the Cellular LINE Interphone intercom
Waze does not connect with the Cellular LINE Interphone intercom. When I need GPS to use Google maps it connects normally, although I prefer Waze.

Srs bom dia tudo bem, gostaria de deixar aqui minha sugestão em relação ao waze para motoqueiros poder utilizar o app também uma vez que existem cidades que necessitam desta ferramenta por terem um transito congestionado e travado exemplo Recife nas horas de pico, essa ferramenta ajudaria e muito pessoas que saem de pontos longinquos ou seja pontos bem distantes entre trabalho faculdade e residencia.

Depuis la dernière version/mise-à-jour, le choix de voix est très limité.
En français, il n'y en a que 2.
Et on ne sait même plus en ajouter d'autres.
Pourquoi ?

Avisos
Me parece muy incomodo que me aparezca en la pantalla que dentro de 400 metros pasa algo y me pregunta si sigue ahí o ya no. A esa distancia, obviamente es imposible verlo. Estaría mucho mejor que el aviso fuera cuando estoy a menos de 50 metros y permanezca un poco después para poder contestar.

Highway turn arounds on Map
There are "turn arounds" on highways for authorized vehicles and many police sit there. My GPS shows these turn arounds but Waze does not. I can't use Waze as a GPS replacement because this is extremely valuable information. If the police are using instant on radar or lidar there are times when just knowing these are ahead is invaluable. Saved me more than a few times. It is the only thing the Maps are missing.
