Report directions
Waze reports are currently often jumbled up and it becomes very difficult to determine which ones are relevant.
It will be great if the Waze icons could be located according to one's direction of travel.
For example all the eastbound icons could be below the road at all the westbound icons could be above the road.

improve interface with Apple Carplay
When I plug my phone into the Carplay connector, I can use Waze with my car speakers, but it overrides the radio and doesn't switch back to the radio when Waze is done speaking. So every time Waze talks to me, I have to take my hand off the wheel to switch back to the radio. No wonder people use Apple maps!

Picking up flag
There should be a flag for drivers who are picking people up and dropping them off. If checked, on busy and divided streets it will make sure you are on the right side of the road to pick up a passenger and drop them off. There are places where it is extremely hard to make a u-turn and if you follow the directions, it will send you back to the wrong side of the street.

Add 'beep only' option to the sound options
I now have the options: no sound / alerts only / sound on. I'd like a quiet mode, but I don't want to miss navigation cues. A beep only mode would be nice.

Distance by blocks or exits
Instead of by feet, notify turn distance by number of blocks or exits. This makes more sense to a human driver.

A ideia é a partir de cadastro de lojas, conveniências, enfim qualquer coisa que esteja enteressada em que seu nome apareça no waze. Onde no qual o empreendedor pagaria para ter seu lugar aparente e amostra no waze. Uma ideia de aparecer algo com a logo da empresa onde a pessoa esta passando. Para que assim o empreendedor podesse usar isto como uma forma de marketing em uma ferramenta que está crescendo mais e mais. Showing visuals for vehicles that hold up traffic would make things so much better
Show a visual of where sanitation trucks, school buses, fire trucks, etc are on the map so you can take alternative routes to get to your destination much quicker.

Navigation
I regularly travel to 1343 Odgen Ave. I found a route that does not have as many shirt turns as I am advised now by Waze. Is there a way I can enter that route as my favorite when I am going there, such as hazards or delays

I get many times into roads that marked with this or that level of traffic jam, while the road is clear. You should add "ROAD CLEAR" button
I get many times into roads that marked with this or that level of traffic jam, while the road is clear. You should add "ROAD CLEAR" button to allow drivers to report each other about New & Clear Road Conditions (not only hazards on road and or traffic jams).

Integration with local carsharing providers.
Lots of cities in Europe has they local carsharing providers. Usually they recommend waze as a navigation service. Would be cool to see support for those in waze: e.g. start/stop rental spots on the map, cars availability on these spots, probably navigation options to the nearest one and maybe later even a counter with rental time.

Concert of Venue traffic avoidance mode
A few weeks ago I went to the Daytona 500 and when it was time to leave I selected avoid freeways in an effort to avoid some of the traffic. What I could have used is a mode or feature that takes you down subdivision roads or back roads no one knows about. I ended up going down a bunch of roads that ran parallel to one of the roads I was on and it saved me over 20 minutes that I would have been stuck in traffic.

Routing quality has plummeted after the Google acquisition - please get it back in shape!

I am a passionate Waze user who has converted many friends to the app, and has become a top 4% reporting contributor (I don't participate at all in any other gamified apps or websites). But now my support is waning fast.
Ever since Google bought Waze, routing has progressively become worse and worse. I initially switched to Waze because Google Maps routing had become horrible - inefficient routes when there were obviously better ways to go, etc. Waze does awesomely creative things like telling me to get off the freeway at an exit then immediately…

We visited Miami and were directed by the Waze app to use the I-95 Express Lane.
Unfortunately, we didn't have the required subscription so we were issued a $28 ticket.

Opção de aslfato ruim trepidações ,estradas vicinais e municipais de terra (sem pavimento)radares móveis e datas de rodízio por placas
No Brasil as estradas são péssimas e cheias de trepidação seria viável se no Waze tivesse esse tipo de alerta que também pode ser usado na cidade

Eppure, basterebbe non dare punti per chi aggiorna i prezzi dei carburanti senza correggere il prezzo. Ma che ci devono fa’ co’ ‘sti punti! Anzi, meglio: niente punti a nessuno. Chi li aggiorna, lo faccia per spirito di community, non per otto sfigati punti che non servono a niente. Oggi addirittura ne ho trovato uno con benzina a 1.256 e gasolio più alto. Ricordate quando hanno invertito la posizione dei prezzi? Quattro, cinque mesi fa? Era ancora così ma era stato appena dichiarato aggiornato dal solito pirata che nella mia zona se li fa tutti così. A mo basta. Qualcuno…
