Routing server timeouts - retry in the background
Sometimes everyone of us experiences routing server timeouts with an Oops/OK prompt. Then one needs to reclick the destination while driving, which is disturbing. Perhaps the client could have an option to retry a couple of times in the background, and then notify if all retries failed?

City Mobility Indicator
City Mobility Indicator:
Mobility is key to our lives. The more mobility a city offers to its citizens the better the city is.
Waze has gathered enough information to provide a worldwide indicator to how efficient, mobility wise, a city is.
All Waze has to do is rank cities combining the agility to go from point A to point B and the usage of mass transportation systems (MTS).
The cities with more agility (speed / easiness) and more use of MTS are the ones with better mobility and the ones better ranked.
Users could input the quality of the mass…

Waze Own DataBase for post codes in Portugal easy search and update by users/editor's.
Hello.
We know that beetween a name street that pops 2 options on the screen near you, and you don't know wich one to go, the post code search usually saves the trouble of going to the wrong direction, saving time and resources. So in that sense......The idea I'm sugesting consists on having a own WAZE database for post codes in Portugal run/managed with the Waze community and, that should be, the primary option when searching for post codes.
The CTT (primary mailing company in Portugal) as an APP for phone where you can determine a certain post code…1 vote -

Waze displays a speed camera which is only a vehicle length measuring camera array. It is not a speed trap, there are no mandatory signs warning of a speed camera. This camera array (2 cameras offset at 90 degrees) are to capture vehicles over 7.5m in length just before a series of hairpin bends.1 voteThanks for your feedback. Having the ability to locate all Dunking Donuts
I'm new to Waze and I can't figure out how to make system show the locations of nearby Dunking Donuts as I'm driving, and frankly for any business. It would be nice to see D&D. icons on my map.

When I am traveling and Waze wants to divert me to another route does it take into account the fact that I am traveling with or without enough people in the car to use the car pool (HOV) lane. I left Palm Springs last Friday morning at 5am traveling to Redwood City. Waze diverted us through some back road highways to I-5. Not sure if that was the best route. Was I10 really that crowded. Was the car pool lane open.

There is no way to log in without an email address. I didn't associate an email address when I set it up because it wants to have me add my facebook account, not just an email address. I don't want it linked to FB. Is there no way to sign up with just an email address and not FB? The FAQ's on how to get past this are not correct. The "settings" do not tell you how to add an email address that I could find-and again it starts with signup with Facebook. Why can't you have a "text me…

Waze audio stops when I plug my power cord into my iphone 5
As long as I don't plug in my power cord waze audio works. Shortly after I plug in the power cord waze audio stops. I have reloaded the waze app and it still happens. I have rebooted my phone and it is up to date on the ios. How do I fix this?

Auto search for a route to my work, please discontinue doing this. I am retired and don't have a work site listed!
Please disable the program from automatically popping up with a route to my work, especially since I don't have a work located because I am retired. I find this very annoying. If I want a route, I will pick a route or search for a new one manually.

I'd like to be able to send a single set of directions to a friend or contact through Waze

New functionality requestAdd functionality to send a 'single set of directions' to another Waze user.
Sender and receiver would both have to be set be friends in Waze.
Receiver would have to set a checkbox at the individual contact level (phase 2) or for all contacts (phase 1).
The directions would be delivered into a delivery queue or directly exported to receiver's favorites list (consider visual queue to distinguish/identify the new favorite.1 voteThanks for your feedback.
