Adjustable daytime/nighttime mode setting
So currently the app may not actually switch from daytime mode to nitetime mode with apples default dusk/dawn settings, however an options to choose how long before sunset or after dawn the app switched to/from daylight mode would be good. As an example the light controls on my Hive lamps and bulbs allow me to set them to come on/go off up to an hour before/after sunset or sunrise.

Latest Waze app versions on Android make car position and route useless
Dear support,
For a while the split screen in Android is not the best way to use Waze. The location and route are hidden.
I have been using Android Head-Unit since 2021 and the best application for navigation was Waze for some time, till sometime last year when an update broke the rendering with notifications and now completely put my car position and route outside the display. I usually use split-screen as the display is shared between Waze and another application.

When you report a mobile camera it should stay up forever just like the speed traps
In Israel, the police put mobile cameras that take a photo of the driver using his phone. If you report a mobile camera, the report doesn’t stay on the map for long even though the cameras stay in the same place for sometimes a week and sometimes a year mobile cameras that are reported should stay on the map for as long as speed traps stay on the map, which is forever

SIDE KICKS
I really enjoy using the Side Kicks feature — it adds a bit of fun and personality to the drive, and it’s something many of us look forward to. The only challenge is that the current set of around 10–15 voice‑overs starts to feel repetitive quite quickly, even on shorter journeys.It would be wonderful to have a larger library of phrases or more variety in the voice‑overs, so the experience stays fresh, engaging, and enjoyable over time. I think a broader rotation would make a big difference for regular drivers who rely on Waze every day.

New circle after doubling the speed limit
Hello there, this is just a suggestion I have about a cool feature that you could add to the app! So, a few days ago I was in a road and noticed on my Waze that if, for example, the road limit is 90 kn/h, the red dots will form a circle and fulfill it at double the speed limit. And to test it I went beyond double, and when I checked I was very disappointed that the red dots just stop and stand at that position. Add bike lanes on roads
There should be an option where you can see bike lanes, it can pop up on the side of roads that actually have bike lanes. If there is a bike lane and you need to turn where the bike lane is, it could give you a warning to watch for cyclists in the bike lane. With adding bike lanes, you can even add a feature for cyclists! When you put in your destination on Waze, there could be a pop up that is a little button which says CAR or BIKE. Saved routes auto alert
Allow users to have saved routes for example house to work or house to school. And allow them to check off for what days and timeframes, to get alerts if traffic is unusual. Without having to open app

App performance
Why isn't there an option to minimize the app to a floating window, as is common in many competing apps? This would provide more flexibility for managing multiple apps simultaneously and accomplishing tasks more efficiently.

Map display for CarPlay
Please make the map display for CarPlay more floating and gliding, similar to how it glides in google maps for CarPlay. Love your map and it’s much much better than google, just the graphics needs to be nicer and smoother please and thank you!
