  1. Swipe up on android interferes with navigation

    Android and waze both have swipe up functions. As soon as you touch the bottom of the waze app information on a drive fills the screen. Even if all you wanted to do was switch apps. Therefore navigation pauses until resumed. I'm sure the app was never this sensitive in the past. It's not very intuitive.

  2. Change route colour

    You recently changed the colour of speed cameras on display from green to blue, and if you use the dark mode, like I have always done, the route colour is also blue, and therefore the speed cameras are barely visible! This is total nonsense! Please allow to change the colour of the speed cameras or the route.

  3. Aumentare le dimensioni della casella di testo per le risposte dei messaggi

    Quando si riceve un messaggio, viene dato a disposizione una casella di testo, da una sola riga visibile, per rispondere.
    Propongo come interfaccia, più user friendly, che questa casella sia "convertita" in una text area per una più facile risposta su più righe.

  4. Change the speed camera icon

    The speed camera icon has recently changed to a new one however it blends in too much so I can be very misleading, the old speed camera icon was fine and was very noticeable compared to everything else (especially when you have a route inputted in)

    כמו במפות גוגל שיש אפשרות להוריד מפה מראש שכוללת את כל המפות העדכניות וכן את בתי העסק כמו תחנות דלק שאם אני רוצה להתחיל ניווט ללא אינטרנט שתהיה לי אופציה לטעון מסלול.. כרגע נותן ליטעון מסלול רק במקומות שכבר ביקרתי אבל בלי מפה מוכנה למקום חדש.. וכן זמן מדוייק להגעה במצב אופליין.

    I’d like to suggest a feature that could greatly benefit electric vehicle (EV) drivers like myself. It would be extremely helpful if Waze could integrate EV range information into the app to provide more accurate recommendations for nearby charging stations. Additionally, ensuring that the data on available chargers is up-to-date and reliable is crucial, especially with different charging speeds and station availability. This improvement would make Waze an even more valuable tool for EV drivers, enhancing our ability to plan routes effectively and avoid range anxiety.

  9. Being able to report closed roads when you are not at it

    We need to be able to report closed roads when we are not staring at it or driving. I hate that I can only report closures when I'm there. If I know the road is closed I should be able to report that from a safe place or after the drive. I get that it needs to be verified, but it seems like we should be able to do that by linking state/county reports.

  10. Check in after navigation

    It would be great if the app asked if it got you there correctly and if there were any difficulties in the suggested route. Things like closed roads, detours or difficult turns are hard to report.

    I like to use various spoken languages to improve my understanding of a dialect. The most difficult English to understand, for me, is Scottish — so I’m looking for that. Preferably in a nice female voice.

    The business address for Waypoint Pediatric Therapies in Issaquah, WA is incorrect. The correct address is 22525 SE 64th Place, Suite 160, Issaquah WA 98027 (as shown on google)

    Tornar a atualização dos preços de combustíveis mais acessível e colaborativa no Waze! ⛽🚗

    Atualmente, nós usuários do Waze só podemos atualizar os preços dos combustíveis quando estamos próximos ao posto e via aplicativo. Gostaria que fosse ampliada essa funcionalidade para o Waze Map Editor. Com isso, seria possível contribuir com informações de preços mesmo à distância, melhorando a precisão dos dados e ajudando ainda mais a comunidade, além de informar quando postos estiverem com preços defasados. 🙌

  16. App shouldn't close simply because I turn off the screen

    This not an idea, it's a complaint.
    I enter a route and it maps out.
    Seconds after I turn off the screen, the app CLOSES.
    This issue started last week.
    I seriously do not need the screen on the entire drive. What happened?

    הייתי רוצה להציע פיצ’ר חדש ל-Waze:

    לאפשר למשתמשים, לאחר קבלת המסלול, לסמן כבישים או קטעי דרך שהם מעוניינים להימנע מהם. לדוגמה, אם המסלול מציע נסיעה בכביש 6 ואני מעדיף לא לנסוע בו, אוכל לסמן את כביש 6 ככביש להימנעות, והאפליקציה תחשב מסלול חלופי.

    ההימנעות מהכביש תהיה תקפה לאורך הסשן הנוכחי, כך שהמסלולים הבאים באותו סשן לא יכללו את הכביש שסימנתי.

    זה יכול להיות מאוד שימושי במצבים בהם אנו מכירים בעיות בכבישים מסוימים, או מעדיפים להימנע מכבישים עם אגרה, עומסים או מכל סיבה אחרת.

  19. Stop navigation once you're "close enough" to the destination

    Waze should have an option where it stops trying to re-route once you're close to the destination, especially when it is not possible to actually drive to the exact entry point for whatever reason.

    Context:

    I've got someone who has brought up routing issues to their destination a few times, and at least two or three local editors have made various changes. They now again have been saying that once they arrive, Waze wants them to exit the parking lot again, and make a huge detour just to return again to where they are already located.
